This is considered the Chelsea Neighborhood which has a mixture of year round residents, and seasonal visitors. Located just 1.5 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk, this location offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement.

Shops, restaurants, movie theater, tennis courts, and a Wawa are all nearby.

Half a block away, you'll find convenient access to the jitney stop, making it easy to explore the city's attractions with ease. Whether you're headed to the iconic boardwalk, the bustling casinos, or trendy restaurants and shops, transportation is readily available.

This home is professionally managed by Host House LLC, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection via a Wavio Damage Waiver.

The charge listed as “management fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

PARKING: No on site parking is available. Free street parking nearby - Visitor parking passes provided.

STAIRS: The unit is near street level, however 2-3 stairs are required to access the unit. Once inside the unit all living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms are on the same floor.

MULTI UNIT PROPERTY: This unit is one of two units in the building. The other unit is above this one, it has its own entrance, and is not a vacation rental. It is occupied by a quiet family that lives there year round. None of the listings entrances, spaces, or amenities are shared with the upstairs unit with the exception of the backyard.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
