Welcome to our newly updated Cape Cod vacation rental property! Nestled in the heart of Dennisport, this charming 3-bedroom home offers a perfect blend of modern comforts and classic coastal charm. Whether you're looking for a peaceful family getaway or a productive remote work environment, this vacation home has it all.
The interior boasts a spacious living room with cozy fireplace, eat-in-kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, including a new dishwasher, a bright sunroom, remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower, washer & dryer (in basement), and 3 smart TV's. All spaces have been freshly painted and the hardwood floors have been beautifully refinished. Additional amenities include keyless entry, central air conditioning, high-speed 5G Wireless Internet access and a YouTube TV subscription.
This vacation home offers workstations in two of the bedrooms, for those wishing to stay connected or work remotely. And when it's time to unwind, retreat to one of the three comfortable bedrooms: a king-sized bed in the master, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and twin beds in the third.
The outdoor space is equally delightful, with an newly expanded outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, a fully enclosed fenced backyard as well as a newly sodded front lawn.
