Stayed with my family for a little over a week. We very much enjoyed our stay. Pros The grounds are amazing and meticulously maintained Excellent pier and boat accessPool and spa are heated with an additional chargeLocation is private Large commercial ice machine Large screen porchPlenty of parking and circular driveway Great Tiki hut large and inviting The pool was perfect and the spa was very private and largeThe property was mostly clean, I’m OCD and cleaned a few spots but one of the cleaner homes we’ve stayed at.ConsDo not use the sink in the bar on the first floor, drains into a trash canThe storage areas under the bar are not finished We had to ask for the spa and pool heat to be turned up multiple times because of off site temperature control however they did respond and turned up as requested. The lid for the bar ice maker does not have a tight fit causing the maker to run much more than needed very loud but a great addition and must have.The TV under in the Tiki does not work but didn’t really care. Main bedrooms are on the top floor 2 sets of stairs.Don’t let my cons keep you from this amazing property, I build homes for a living and am very particular. These folks put a lot of work into maintaining this property and it shows beautiful home and plan on returning soon!
