Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

• Undeclared guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of six are strictly prohibited and will incur an additional charge of $50 per person, per night.
• Please advise host of any changes in number of guests after booking. Exceeding stated Max occupancy as mandated by ordinance, will result in the booking being immediately terminated without a refund.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are allowed based on availability and will incur an extra fee of $20 per hour. Advance notice is required.

The apartment was spotless, brand new. The location was fine but near a busy street and you can hear loud cars. It did not bother me because I care more about the cleanliness and safety. The host was awful. We had a problem with the code and did not receive a response for 2 1/2 hours. I don't think you should be a host if you are not going to be available. The parking is great but you have to get into the property first to obtain the garage fob.

The place had everything we needed - well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, plenty of storage. Host was very responsive.

Ideal Location. Great property!

Property was new and well kept. The living area was certainly large enough to house four adults and the bedrooms were also large enough for the king sized beds. both bathrooms were plenty large enough, though one bathroom is just across the hall form it's bedroom. The only real ding was the dishwasher which seems to be an older model and probably needs to be replaced. Balcony is very nice but really only fits two people. The AC unit is also located out on the balcony, so a little noise there. While this building is located near busy highways, it is well insulated from noise. The only thing we really heard was the back up warning on a trash truck that was getting the dumpsters. Also, do not miss the common area, which I believe is located on the third floor. It is very nice.
