Increíble casa en la playa del lago Michigan, ubicada en Pentwater en una playa de arena de azúcar blanca. ¡Perfecto para los dedos de los pies en la arena!
¡Esta casa fue construida para los recuerdos familiares, ya sea que esté sentado alrededor de la hoguera, disfrutando de los fuegos artificiales en las terrazas de la playa o asando todas las noches en la nueva parrilla Weber en el tercer nivel, cubierta de gran tamaño!

Esta casa duerme cómodamente 12 adultos en 6 habitaciones con camas Queen y hasta 8 niños en la habitación con literas.

La sala de estar principal en el tercer piso cuenta con una cocina abierta con electrodomésticos nuevos y un comedor y sala de estar conectados con techos abovedados, cómodos sofás, un televisor de pantalla plana y grandes ventanales para disfrutar de la belleza del atardecer después de un día de diversión. en el agua. El dormitorio principal y el baño en suite están separados de los otros dormitorios en este nivel y tienen su propia ducha de azulejos.

El área del dormitorio en el segundo piso tiene 5 habitaciones bien equipadas con camas queen size, 1 baño completo y 1 medio baño. ¡La sala de literas está en este nivel y tiene 5 literas!

La entrada del primer nivel que también tiene una salida al agua se ha actualizado con una nueva sala de juegos familiar, que incluye una pantalla plana en la pared y una mesa de ping pong ubicada cerca del lavadero con lavadora y secadora. También hay un baño completo con una ducha actualizada junto al porche proyectado perfecto para juegos nocturnos sin los insectos.

La casa está a 7 millas al norte de Silver Lake y a 5 millas al sur del centro de Pentwater. Ya sea que esté buscando unas vacaciones activas o relajarse con un libro en la playa, ¡esta casa puede satisfacer todas sus necesidades!

Our extended family came back for a second time. The house offers beach out front, a lovely deck for visiting and dining, and big kitchen table for gathering, dining, or playing cards. We love it. Lots of bedrooms and a bunkhouse for the young ones. Kitchen is well-appointed and clean.

An amazing property for our annual family gathering spanning 4 generations! Plenty of room for 17 of us, low bluff made beach accessible for all, beautiful views from inside and out. Sending the grandkids to the beach and being able to keep tabs on them from the house was a godsend! Very clean with grills, fire pits, flat top, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, sand toys, it has it all for a week we will always remember with a smile! Thank you Mark & Lydia for your hospitality!

Beautiful home and property and the sunsets on Lake Michigan are spectacular. The weather was perfect for the entire week we were there. It only rained the day we were leaving. The owner was very easy to work with and was available for any questions. The many, many steps were a bit difficult for the grandparents but they managed quite well. The water toys, kayaks and such, were a pleasant surprise and the younger family members made good use of them. There was plenty of room for all 15 of us to feel comfortable and we would highly recommend this place for an extremely happy, relaxing extended family vacation!

Awesome Family Vacation

This was the most beautiful, well equipped, home- perfect for our extended family of 17. The access to the beach, the privacy, the many extras provided, the location, ...everything was wonderful!! The stairs inside the house and down to the beach can take their toll, but our kids helped Grandma and Grandpa and it worked out well. I can't say enough about the views, the quality of everything provided, the grills, the kayaks, the swim mat ( a HUGE hit with the grandkids), the wave boards, etc...Thank you so much for such a special week with our family. We hope to return soon! their toll

Wonderful lakefront cottage

We had a fantastic week at Lake Breeze! The amenities were exactly as described and we enjoyed many wonderful meals on the beautiful deck, beach fires by the Lake, and relaxing days on the beach. We hope to come back many more times as a family.

Great family house on the big lake

Our extended family - three generations- loved our stay, especially the kitchen and deck areas. The views are stunning. There are a lot of stairs, inside and out, but also a main floor suite that worked great for our less able folks. The Pentwater area is also fabulous. Lots to do- fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming.

I wish we could come back every year

This is our second summer staying at this beautiful home! The house has one of the best equipped kitchens of all the vrbo homes we’ve ever stayed at if you like to cook! Amazing family time spent on the beach. This house has paddle boards and kayaks to entertain all ages and the kids absolutely love the bunk room! I wish we could keep coming back year after year! Hands down best house we’ve stayed at on Lake Michigan and we’ve visited every summer since 2016!

Fantastic in every way!

We stayed here for the first time this year for our annual family Pentwater reunion. There were 12 of us, with another 8 staying at a nearby cottage. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Where to even start? The lay out is perfect - with bedrooms, bathrooms and a sleeping porch to accommodate all of us, along with a few nephews who decided to stay in our cottage closer to their cousins. The vibe is casual but so cozy with lots of areas to hang out. The beds and linens were really comfy and nice. The porch up top has a great view of the lake, while the lower level was all about going to the beach, with 2 extra fridges, couches/sitting area, another screened in porch and an area with fun outdoor lighting and a fire pit. There were amazing thoughtful touches everywhere - an expertly outfitted kitchen (We are all about the cooking) Several grills and an outdoor griddle, which we loved for a full family breakfast one morning. And the beach setup! Lots of comfy chairs, tons of beach toys, games, rafts, kayaks, paddle boards, and an outdoor fire pit right on the beach. This is an owner who understands what a family beach vacation is all about. He was very responsive, generous and flexible. This place is a gem, and worth every penny. Highly recommended. We will be back for sure!!

6 Family Reunion

We had a wonderful week at the Beach House property in Pentwater. We found it more than adequate for our families and especially enjoyed the fantastic beach and the crystal clear waters of Lake Michigan. The kitchen has everything any chef could want for. Mark the "Host", was very helpful and informative when needed. We took a fair amount of beach accessories which were not needed as again they were provided. We stayed up late enjoying the fire ring on the beach and the kids doing their smores. Glad we did take firewood but there was plenty available from the Host. There are quite a few steps to go down to the beach but they are worth it once you are there, the beach sand is just about the best we have encountered even on the east coast. You could probably walk out into the water a good 300 feet and still be chest deep which was nice and safe for for kids. Pentwater is a neat little town full of shops and a couple of eating establishments. If you belong to a yacht club be sure to visit the Pentwater Yacht Club, great food and atmosphere on the water. Jordan the Manager was very gracious. My daughter in law booked it again for next year, kind of tells you what we thought of the Beach House.

Outstanding

Stayed for a week: grandparents, their kids and their kids, ages 12 and older (15 people total). Could not have been better. Terrific house with plenty of amenities and space. The owner has provided everything you could ask for in the house and also sent a lot of information prior to arrival on both the house and the area. House very well maintained. Beach is terrific – you get your exercise with the stairs down and up– but it is great and a lot of fun. Clean sand, clean beach, clear water, lots of chairs, a firepit for evening fires, kayaks and other water toys. This is a 5 star property all around. We hope to return if schedules allow

This is our 3rd time staying here. As always, it was wonderful!

The home is perfect for our family, which includes 8 adults and 9 children. Wonderful beach with firm sandy lake bottom extending out from the beach. Also hosted friends for a few days. They were amazed at how clean the lake water was, at least in this area. Pentwater and Ludington are great local towns to visit. We love Lake Michigan!

Beautiful home and private beach

Our multi-generational family group had a wonderful week here. The home is comfortable and well-furnished, with enough indoor and outdoor space for everyone to spread out. It was clear that our host took care to try and provide everything a guest might want or need during their stay. In particular, the kitchen had everything we needed and more to cook for our group. The younger children in our group enjoyed the toys and books in the house, as well as the generous supply of beach toys. The beach is amazing with great access to the lake and long walks along the beach. We enjoyed several bonfires in the fire ring and seating area provided. The host was also very responsive with communication before and during our stay and provided lots of helpful information.

Great home for our 3 generational family group to savor Lake Michigan...

We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Note that the bunk room has no AC or heat. The temperature will match the out of doors which resulted in restless sleeping during 2 cool nights. Review house details when you arrive. We failed to inform owner about a screen damaged by a previous tenant. Consequently, repair of that torn screen became our financial liability. Owners were very responsive.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The website and pictures didn't do this place justice. Much better than advertised. Our family has stayed at many large rental properties and this one by FAR had the best amenities and was stocked with anything and everything you need for your stay. The private beach was great (even with the high water levels and reduced beach area) with the paddle board, kayaks and plentiful chairs. The deck off the upper level was very nice and provided gorgeous views of the lake and sunsets. Our family would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful family vacation

Our family consists of 8 adults and 9 children. We had a wonderful week-long summer vacation at this Lake Michigan home a few miles south of Pentwater. This home had plenty of room for day time activities and for sleeping arrangements for the 17 of us. We appreciated how cabinets, drawers, light switches, etc. were labelled. But of course the highlight was Lake Michigan, with its sandy beach and sunsets. Even though the lake is very high this summer, there was adequate beach space. The water temperature varied quite a bit through the week, but was quite pleasant at times. We all loved our vacation here!

As nice as advertised

Really great place. The beach was private and of good size. The main deck had a large view of the lake. We only had 3 children but the lower level and bunk room could easily entertain more. The place was well maintained, clean and nothing was broken. Example: Not only was the grill a good one, it was clean and had two full propane tanks as backup replacements. Would stay again as a first choice.

Pure Michigan! Lovely home on Lake Michigan/Fabulous Owners

We had the most amazing get away to Pentwater and were blessed with staying in this six bedroom estate plus bunk room! All appliances were brand new and there is much to do indoors and out. The hosts are very responsive and delightful. We had six couples for our 23 year get-away together. The best part for us...we had twelve chairs down at the beach as we sunbathed, at night around the outdoor fire and inside at the dinner table! The town of Pentwater is enchanting with all locally owned eateries, salons and shops. An outstanding place for your Lake Michigan vacation!
