Had great notes and instructions around the property to make sure you knew what was expected. Nice and comfortable location, close to many things including family. We hit a very hot day or two so the AC units had a tough time keeping up. Number one issue is the door lock is NOT easy. It struggles to unlock and lock.

Regarding the front door, it has a weather seal designed to help reduce outside noise. Because of this, the door needs to be pushed firmly until it is fully closed before locking or unlocking it. Must stay place that has a lovely neighborhood and all the amenities one can ask for in a house including standing desk, utensils, plate ware, and all.

We were super happy with this clean and stylish home in the hills of the Queen Anne neighborhood - perfect for 3 couples. The third bedroom, nicely appointed with a bath and whirlpool tub, is in the basement so if stairs are a problem, take this into consideration. This kitchen has all you need and appliances are modern and updated. You will want to have a car or travel by Uber/Lift/taxi as it is not in the downtown area (although just a 25 minute walk to the City Center/Space Needle). We really did enjoy this home and can recommend it highly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and offers stunning views of downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier. It was spotless, well maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed—washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, and even some basic condiments for quick meals. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful.One thing to note is that the house sits on an uphill road, so driving can feel a bit steep at times, but we still loved the location. Overall, it was a perfect and cozy stay for our family.

This place is a must! Great location in a quiet neighborhood with a spectacular view from the upstairs bedroom balcony. House was clean and plenty of clean linens and towels were available. Would stay here again!

Great house and great location!

Kerry House is a clean, comfortable, well-stocked house in a great neighborhood. The view from the upstairs bedroom is worth the price of admission. Excellent donut shop (Top Pot) a 10 minute walk away.

We loved our stay here! Great view, cleanliness and beds. We were three couples and loved having three bedrooms with our own bathroom each. There is a bedroom suite in the basement which was lovely and great temperature but musty smelling for those with allergies

THE VIEW!

This is our third time to Seattle and quite possibly the last time we search for a place to stay. We LOVED this beautiful Queen Anne home and the view from the master bedroom is simply breathtaking! Great amenities, layout, neighborhood, local restaurants and bars. Thanks for a great stay!
