Esta casa lo tiene todo. 3 habitaciones con baño privado (todas con camas King o Queen) más una habitación adicional (oficina / habitación que tiene un sofá cama doble), 3 1/2 baños, ¡el baño principal es enorme! Plano de planta abierto con gran salón y cocina muy grandes. Piscina privada, spa, pozo de fuego. BBQ. Orientación oeste con vistas al campo de golf y las montañas más allá. Las bicicletas están disponibles para su uso.

Three Perfect Months Stay!

Myself, husband and dog stayed at Joe's home for three months. I can't say enough about the home, it was clean, well stocked, everything worked, great location, great communication with Joe and house manager. The definition of turn key!! Thank you Joe, it was a wonderful time at your lovely, well appointed home.

Fabulous Home in the Desert

This home is absolutely beautiful. It has everything one could want or need. Beds are very comfortable. The sectional couch in the great room got lots of use. Water was too cold to swim in so we used the community pool which is heated. Wonderful neighborhood. Great response if there is a problem. Thank you Joe!

Fabulous family stay...

We were lucky enough to spend close to 3 months at Joe's amazing property in Rancho la Quinta. The actual house and property are just as lovely as the pictures. The garden is perfectly laid out with views of golf course and mountains and sunsets. We loved the variety of birds that visited everyday. Working with Joe was an absolute pleasure. Any issues were dealt with immediately without question. The house felt like home on day 2. Our family loved the community and access to La Quinta old town and surrounding sites and activities. We are home again and pining for the warm days, pool, hot tub and fire table. Thanks so much to Joe for making our stay so wonderful. He has become more of a friend than a landlord. Best wishes Joe and we truly hope we can return next year if the world allows it...in the meantime best wishes from Anne and family. Thanks again.

Great house in a great community.

The home is fantastic, it had everything we needed and more during our 2 month stay. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Every bedroom having its own en-suite was nice for visitors. The backyard was great, with a spa and fire pit we used almost every night (a pool as well, but the weather was too cool for that). Rancho LaQuinta is a very well-kept community with friendly residents, and is close to lots of restaurants, golf, shopping, etc. The owner, Joe, was great to deal with, he responded to questions promptly. My wife and I would highly recommend this home, and hope to stay here again.

First class experience

Everything about this property was fantastic. The house itself is beautiful, including the furnishings and yard. It is very well equipped and maintained. The owner was very easy to deal with. There were very few issues that came up during my stay, and these were dealt with in a timely manner. I have rented several places in the La Quinta area in the past and would highly recommend this one. Thank you Joe!

Great home!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the private paradise on the golf course! We Were there for the month of March and found it to be very clean comfortable . Kitchen was updated as well as My husband and I rented for the month of March at this beautiful home on the golf course. The House was very clean with an updated kitchen. The owner was very was very quick in resounding to emails. . Thanks Joe!

Spectacular Home

We spent seven lovely weeks in Joe’s wonderful home. Everything about the house and neighborhood was top notch! Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living space and the interior was comfortable and very well equipped. We felt completely at home, neighbors were friendly and we hope to return again in the near future!

Luxe home at Rancho La Quinta

Draft Review A friend and I were fortunate enough to holiday at Casa Gweilo, on Vista Calico at Rancho La Quinta. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! We can’t recommend this place highly enough, and we have seen other homes within this community and other gated complexes in La Quinta. For us Casa Gweilo wins hands down. If you are reading this, you already appreciate the many benefits of this community, from the Cantina bistro near the Gynnasium, Racket Club and large swimming pool area, through to the beautiful grounds and golf course. We found our home to be very luxurious with the latest top-grade appliances in the easy-to-clean kitchen. Everything was of the highest quality, including the Weber barbecue, very large screen Sony television with excellent sound, and extremely comfortable furniture. We felt welcomed by the many thoughtful touches in each of the three bedrooms with beautiful ensuites and walk-inrobes. Everything had been carefully planned; from the toiletries left for our use, to quality hangers for all of our garments. Not to mention mention excellent quality bedding and towels.

Absolutely stunning! The house is fabulous and Rancho La Quinta a stunning ‘Resort’ experience

This is one of the best kept gated communities I have ever experienced. The house we stayed in is immaculate with absolutely everything you need. It is spacious , well decorated three large bedrooms with ensuites and large robes. The kitchen is fit for any cook with everything you need and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Lounge dining is very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. It is exactly the right aspect with a good sized pool in its own private oasis with bbq and large garden surrounds with plenty of area for sun and shade all day long. It is a short walk to the racquet club and Cantina. I could not recommend highly enough! Loved it and sad to leave ...

Definitely not your average "rental" property--much much better!!!

For the past several years we have spent the four winter months in this home overlooking the golf course, We would be there again this winter if not for my husband's health. The owner has make this home into an oasis for either quiet time at home, for entertaining around the fire pit, or splashing in the pool with the grandkids. The house is wonderfully appointed with new appliances, new family room furniture, new TV and media equipment and much more. It is obvious that the owner enjoys and spends time in his home when he can and plans to return to this house in the future. This is not your basIc rental property. We felt like it was our personal home away from home!!!!

Celebrating over 30 years living in Asia! (sounds like a store motto or something...)

Joe continues to travel Asia Pacific for his job. When not on the road he enjoys working on his website, fooling around with his camera especially when on holiday in countries like Myanmar, Vietnam, Thailand etc. He dragged his family halfway around the world to Malaysia on what was supposed to be a 2-year contract... 2 turned to 4 years, 4 to 8 years and so on. He has resided in Singapore for 25 years now and thinks of it as home. In 2012 he bought a vacation home in the desert and plans on retiring there sometime in the future.

Love the desert lifestyle! Rancho La Quinta is a great, impeccably maintained development, location is fantastic and we have met some really great people living there.

Rancho La Quinta is beautifully landscaped year-round and the golf course is perfectly manicured. Huge windows look out over the pool, golf courses and mountains with spectacular sunsets.
