Royale Palms: lujoso edificio de 24 pisos frente al mar, anexo al Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort.
Nuestra unidad de 8º piso 3BR / 3BA con una hermosa vista directa al mar ofrece todas las mejoras: West Indies motiff Paquete de muebles Hilton (colchones Hilton 'Serenity' incluidos), pisos de mármol en todos los baños, cocina, vestíbulo y lavandería, 4 planos televisores de pantalla, un reproductor de DVD en cada habitación y un Bluray en una sala de estar, ropa de cama de diseño, mantas de lujo para las noches más frescas fuera de temporada, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, así como Wi-Fi gratis.
NOTA: se instalaron nuevas alfombras de alta calidad, así como todas las paredes repintadas en noviembre de 2016.
Nuevo juego de muebles de balcón de altura contraria de Adirondack adquirido en junio de 2018.
Nuevo colchón Black Label comprado en junio de 2019.

La unidad cuenta con un área de más de 1800 pies cuadrados, además de un amplio balcón con muebles de exterior para disfrutar de sus comidas o leer su libro mientras contempla las piscinas y el océano.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con cama king size, vestidor, baño privado grande (con bañera de hidromasaje, doble lavabo y una ducha de pie con azulejos con puertas de vidrio) y un televisor de pantalla plana de 39 '. La amplia puerta corredera abre una hermosa vista del océano para disfrutar a primera hora de la mañana.

Los otros dos dormitorios cuentan con 2 camas dobles y televisores de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas. Uno de los dormitorios tiene su propio baño con una ducha de azulejos con puertas de vidrio; el tercer baño tiene una bañera grande y está ubicado justo al lado del dormitorio en el pasillo.

La sala de estar cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana de 46 'y un sofá cama; entonces la unidad puede acomodar cómodamente a 12 personas.

La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 8, también hay 4 taburetes de bar acolchados en el área de la cocina. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, tostadora, licuadora, cafetera, abrelatas eléctrico y todos los platos y utensilios que necesitará para que su estancia sea más que confortable. ¡Es una cocina realmente bien equipada!

El lujo continúa cuando salga de la unidad: los 3 ascensores disponibles para uso de los huéspedes, los pasillos y el vestíbulo cuentan con pisos de mármol de alta gama y decoraciones que están bien conservadas y son acogedoras. Royale Palms está conectado con el Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort a través de un pasillo con calefacción que se utiliza para acceder a la playa y a la piscina o al lobby del Hilton, donde se encuentran Royale Day Spa, Starbucks Cafe y otras tiendas especializadas.

Solo se pone mejor cuando se llega a los cuidados jardines, a la piscina al aire libre designada exclusivamente para los huéspedes de Royale Palms y al bar de playa Wet Whistle, ubicado en la zona de la piscina junto a la playa. Disfrute de su bebida tropical favorita y disfrute de música en vivo mientras sus hijos chapotean en la piscina o construyen el castillo de arena en la playa.

Great Views, Great Location, Great Property

The condo was very clean, the furniture is updated, and the beds are very comfortable (that’s hard to find). This owner spelled out all details in an easy to understand manner and the overall transaction process went flawlessly! I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again! My family stayed at another unit at this same resort for many years, but I would recommend this unit over the one we ‘thought’ was unbeatable!

Great girls weekend

We were a group of seven women and we found this property to be ideal. Plenty to do without leaving resort. This particular condo was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of kitchen wares and extra spices. Almost felt like we were at home. We had an excellent vacation. Highly recommend

Great experience.

This was a great place to stay. The location was very convenient with several amenities in close proximity. The condo itself was very nice with lots of room for our family. It had plenty of the things you need at the beach like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The kitchen even had things you don't think of like ziploc bags and plastic storage containers. We would definitely rent here again. It was such a great experience.

Perfect vacation!

Sonata was amazing to work with! She answered all of my questions quickly. Her condo had everything we could possibly need. The rate was very reasonable for that location. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We stayed at another condo on Myrtle Beach years ago, spent $1000 more, and enjoyed this place as much. I would definitely return to this unit again!!!

Overall everything was very good. Had issue with one toliet but my son fixed it. Also, TV channels were limited and sometimes when you turn the tv on it would show no signal. We finally figured it out.

Wonderful Condo!

We had a great time staying at this condo and enjoyed the beautiful ocean views! The kitchen was well equipped/stocked. The laundry room also had everything that you needed, the rooms were clean and bathrooms stocked with towels. It was also so nice that the condo had beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella! We enjoyed our week at Myrtle and looking forward to coming back again!

Very nice property!

Myrtle Beach Escape

We were to stay at this condo for 5 weeks but only got to spend 5 days as we headed home due to the COVID-19. As far as the condo goes we could not have asked for any better. Loved the area and right on the beach. Working with the owner was more than wonderful and you cant ask for any more helpful person in regards to this condo. If things change in the future I would not hesitate to re book this place. Loved it

We are a busy family from southern New Hampshire with four teenage children and full time jobs. We sought for a place to vacation that the entire family would enjoy, and we found it here at Royale Palms Myrtle Beach. We are proud owners of this lovely condo and are always looking forward to vacationing here. We view it as our second home that we would like to share with others rather than an investment property.

We visited Myrtle Beach a couple of times and loved the beautiful beach and the fact that there was still so much to do after enjoying the sun and the ocean. For our second visit as a family we rented a condo in Kingston Plantation and absolutely fell in love with what Kingston had to offer: beautiful landscape, numerous pools, boardwalks, large pond, jogging paths, restaurants, health club, tennis, golf... To sum it up, it felt like staying in a big resort versus the free-standing building. There are many highrises in Myrtle Beach, but so many of them have nothing but the busy street on the non-beach side of the building. Kingston Plantation is different - you are surrounded by beautiful grounds and boardwalks for easy access to all the amenities; you don't need to cross the street to get to your car and worry about your children getting onto the busy road.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our stay at Kingston was so exciting that we dove in to doing research and 'looking' for a place of our own in Kingston Plantation upon our return to New Hampshire. It didn't take us long to figure out that Royale Palms was the best of the best in Kingston and, we truly believe, in Myrtle Beach as well. Royale Palms is the newest building in Kingston Plantation, with extremely spacious luxurious units and it's right on the beach. We felt so strong about buying in Royale Palms that, in fact, we told our real estate agent this was the only building on the Grand Strand we were interested in. Our unit is also one of the few in the building that boasts marble floors and an unbelievable ocean view (compare with other ocean view units) - it's a direct view into the pools and the beach (you don't have to stick your head out of the balcony or turn sideways to see the ocean)! We know you will enjoy your stay!
