The house was perfect! Both beautiful and functional! The location is perfect for heading to the beach, St. Augustine or even going to events in Ponte Vedra or Jacksonville! We visit the area several times a year and will definitely stay at this property in the future!
Our puppies loved the house!
The river is just a block from the house so we could see it on our walks!

Lovely Stay - Would Stay Here Again

Beautiful, clean home with plenty of room for the whole family! Included all the amenities needed for us and our pups! Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach and a short drive to downtown St Augustine. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a truly special property. It was the cherry on top to our trip to St. Augustine. The pool and outdoor area are so beautiful and just right for days when you just want some relaxation. The indoor gathering areas are well designed and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. There are many board games and books which is a nice touch. The house is a quick walk to the beach and even comes with beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach is a very peaceful one with lots of interesting shells. It is a quick drive to all the sites at St. Augustine. We really enjoyed the lighthouse and Lightner Museum. The Reef and Aunt Kates restaurants were good as well. Thanks for sharing such an amazing home. We hope to return soon.

The Location and Amenities Are Great, But the Cleanliness Is UnacceptableThe Good: Neighborhood: Very quiet, peaceful, and walkable. Proximity: A good distance to the beach, though not right on it (expect to pull a wagon, but the route is generally flat). Perks: Well-stocked with kitchen cookware and great beach gear (chairs and a wagon).The Bad: Cleanliness: The house was filthy. The showers hadn't been cleaned, and the linens were completely unsanitary with no spares available. Maintenance: I had to clean the entire pool myself, and the grill was so caked with grease it was a fire risk. Service: I had to deal with multiple external vendors just to get the basic items promised to us. At this price point that’s unacceptable. Final Verdict:If this house were properly cleaned and maintained, it would deserve a much higher rating. But at this price point, the lack of basic upkeep means I would never stay here again.

The location, beach access, and amenities this home offers are genuinely special, and the vast majority of our guests leave with exactly the experience we intend. That said, we recognize that not every stay can be made perfect for every guest despite our best efforts, and we’re always working to raise the bar.
