The Neighborhood:
The beautiful and highly sought after Vilano Beach area is pristine landscape. Our particular location is a close to 3 amazing Vilano beach restaurants including The Reef, Aunt Kate's, and world famous Cap's on the Water. In addition, the exclusive beach is a short 9 minute walk.

Getting Around:
Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful and available, but downtown St Augustine is also only a 5 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
Safety:
The hallways are lit with photosensor nightlights, so you can see your way at night when moving throughout the house. Attached at each photosensor light is an emergency, battery pack powered light, that can be detached and automatically turns into a flashlight. There is a motion sensor light over the main driveway. There are two cameras - one floodlight camera above the driveway and doorbell cam. Public space facing only
