The Neighborhood:

Noise Awareness: This home is located in a family neighborhood. Please be mindful about being loud outside the home, in the street, driveway, patios or front yard. The patio/BBQ area off the bedroom to the left of the kitchen is an area to be mindful of noise as the neighbors bedroom is directly behind the wall. Please be sure to reduce noise on this patio past 9pm and be mindful at all hours.

- LIABILITY WAIVER:

By confirming your booking, all guests and attendees of any hosted events must agree to accept liability for any injuries related to the use of the property, including bbq grill, gas appliances, fire pit, kitchen appliances, railings, outdoor spaces. Guests assume all risk for use of facilities. Liability of the owner / host is waived.



Other Things to Note - Please Read Before Booking:

+The garage is not available; the front door is your main entrance.



+Due to the multi-level nature of the property, it may not be suitable for elderly guests, children, or those with mobility issues. Please use caution, especially around railings. This home is not wheelchair accessible.



House Rules:

+Pets: Small dogs (up to 2) are allowed with prior approval. A $100 cleaning fee applies. No cats or other animals.

+Smoking: No smoking, drugs, or excessive alcohol use inside the home. Smoking is only allowed outside, away from the windows. There is a $500 fine for smoking indoors.

+Noise: Please be respectful of our residential neighborhood. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM, and loud parties or excessive noise will not be tolerated. A warning will be given if any complaints are made and if repeat noise complaints occur, you will be asked to leave.

+Events: Please inquire before hosting any events or gatherings beyond the permitted number of guests.

+Liability Waiver: By confirming your booking, all guests and attendees of any hosted events must agree to accept liability for any injuries related to the use of the property, including BBQ grill, gas appliances, fire pit, kitchen appliances, railings, outdoor spaces. Guests assume all risks for use of facilities. Liability of the owner / host is waived.

+Stepping on the railing cables outside the front door will result in a $300 fine.
