Travelers Beware
My wife and I took our autistic son to Universal Studios for his birthday. All was going well until the morning of check out. We overslept and forgot the 10am check out time. The cleaning person let herself into the back to which leads directly to the primary bedroom and bathroom. I was showering and my wife was getting dressed.My son was a bit disturbed by her unannounced presence but we were running behind and asked her if she could wait until we finished getting dressed.She agreed and went outside to call her boss. I hear my son say she in the house again.I was only partially dressed when she walked in and said my boss wants to talk to you. She handed me the phone and an irate individual started yelling about the mistreatment of his cleaned lady and how he was charging me fore an extra hour. I agreed and asked if his cleaning person could wait outside until we were done.She left and we continued gathering our belongings. Not 5 minutes later the lady was back in the house demanding we give her cash. When I told her we already agreed to pay her boss she refused to leave and called her boss again. He got on the phone and told me to give her 100 cash and she would wait outside. I told him we agreed to the extra 80 for the 11am check out.At this time it was 10:34am. He screamed at me to get the f@ck out of his house or he was going to drive to the unit and kick my a. Then he said he was friends with all the detectives in LA and I'd better run.Crazy experience.
