We are located at Mile Marker 48.6 on 23rd St. directly on the Gulf of Mexico. You can access our location by flying directly into Key West International Airport (EYW) ✈ and driving 48 miles North (Ask about 🚌Shuttle Service.) You may want to research the Discount Airline, Allegiant, as it provides inexpensive flight options. American Airlines is the most prominent carrier in Key West.
Miami International Airport (MIA) ✈ is 2.5 hours South via Rental Car or Bus Transportation is also available from Miami Airport provided by Greyhound tours.
Other Close-by Airports include Fort Lauderdale International (FLL) ✈and West Palm Beach Airport (PBI) ✈. You may find greater airline discounts by researching each location.

1. YES! There is No Extra charge to dock your privately owned Boat. We can also provide free Trailer Storage upon request. One Boat/Watercraft Per Home (additional watercraft requests to be approved by management).
2. IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT BOATS! **If you are bringing a personally owned boat, we need to know at the time of booking so we can assign dock slip***
3. Due to insurance limitations, RENTAL BOAT slips are an extra fee but can be set up on request. INSTEAD OF PAYING, Ask or message us for a Boat Rental reward coupon 😊 👍 We have a relationship with a great local company who will pay for your rental BOAT slip.
4. Yes! The Beach area, dock, and tiki hut and amenities are private for guests only. Child safety gate leading to your private beach.
5. Yes! You have Access to Swimming in gulf water via ladder at dock or rocky shore access.
6. Yes! Each home has its own Private Pool.
7. Yes, Tiki hut, beach and dock is a common area. All other amenities are at your private home.
8. Sorry! No Pets/ No Smoking Please! Smoking is prohibited on or near houses including the beach or dock area. You may smoke at the entrance area near the boat dock storage area. Please make sure all cigarettes are fully extinguished and all smoking materials are properly
