This property was beautiful, and spacious enough for our family. It was very clean and well maintained. We loved being right across the street from the beach, and having the ocean view. The huge sectional was amazing!One tiny detail - there was a 12-15 minute drive each way, to pickup the key for this property, which was a bit of a downer coming in from a long drive. Other than that, everything else was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was amazing. My family and I enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. It’s a short walk to beach and this side of the peninsula was very clean. Nice and quiet area and we def will book again. A few things to add: needs a cordless vacuum, no access to water downstairs via a hose for fishing or rinsing items, must have mosquito spray and deterrents. They were really bad.

Beautiful beach house

House is gorgeous inside! It was a pleasure staying in this house. Super relaxing and I loved the outside area for family gatherings and BBQ. Everything was perfect!

With plenty of room for six adults and five children everyone had space to relax, play and spend quality time together. We filled our days with laughter, home-meals, family games and unforgettable moments by the beach. The house provided the ideal setting for creating memories across three generations my favorite moments were the quiet ones cuddling with my grandbabies and enjoying time together that is far too precious and goes by far too quickly. I recommend the fins and feathers House. We had a blast.

Pictures are 100% accurate; the house is as big and new and clean as it looks! A/C and ceiling fans GREAT! Beds GREAT! BONUS CARGO LIFT. The KITCHEN was an issue for us. Yes, there are dishes, coffee cups, 4 wine glasses, plenty of flatwear. There was a roll and a half of paper towels and a couple of extra garbage bags under the sink. A 2oz dish soap, a sponge, and a few dishwasher pods. No hand soap. NO pot holders, two kitchen towels. No drying rack or mat for washed dishes. No starter set/welcome set of coffee/coffee pods, no salt or pepper or condiments/seasoning of any type. One BBQ utensil. BATHROOMS have plenty of clean linens and a couple rolls of TP each but that's it. There was liquid hand soap in one of the three bathrooms, no shower amenities. They DID NOT indicate these amenities would be present but this is the first VRBO/Airbnb I have been to that has been completely lacking in all of these items. BOTTOM LINE: absolutely would recommend the house!! but go prepared.

A beautiful house that is set up for families! I have never stayed at a rental that had as many dishes, good pots and pans and all of the other kitchen things to make the stay nice! The house is exactly as it appears in the photos. There is a lift for luggage and supplies, but it would be so nice to have one for people, too! This was a great stay and would gladly stay again!
