Apartamento moderno y recientemente renovado con 2 habitaciones grandes, 2 baños completos y una vista espectacular del océano desde el piso 15 del Condominio Ocean Reserve. Excelente ubicación, a 3min. Camine hasta la playa, Heritage Park justo en frente con su maravilloso área de juegos, muy cerca de Aventura Mall y 35 minutos. conducir al Aeropuerto Internacional de Miami o al Aeropuerto de Fort Lauderdale. El apartamento es cómodo y espacioso, tiene 6 camas (2 king, 2 queen y 2 sofás-cama), tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, TV en cada habitación, wifi de alta velocidad gratis y estacionamiento gratuito.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location just a few minutes walk to the beach. The beach buggy with chairs, umbrella and toys was super helpful. Nice park for the kids to play at as well. The property manager responded quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Great owner communication

The owner was great to communicate with. Very responsive and answered all questions quickly. I highly recommend this accommodation. The dedicated parking space is a big plus and gives easy access to the condo.

Wonderful property

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the condo was well maintained and clean. There were also thoughtful amenities for a family included, like stroller, beach buggy with chairs and umbrellas and sand toys. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful view of ocean

This is a spacious, clean apartment with 2 queen beds in both bedrooms. The sofa was huge which was very comfortable for several adults. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean which is a quick walk across the street. We had a fabulous stay!

Outstanding property

We had a lovely time in this beautiful condo. Irene was extremely responsive and kind. The apartment has a great view, is quiet and looks exactly as advertised. If we come back to the Sunny Isles again, we will definately want to stay there. 5 stars all around for the property and the manager

Awsome place !

What a amazing unit. So spacious, very well located and beautifuly designed. Both the owner (Ines) and manager (Ana) were very quick to reply to our questions. That condo was perfect for our family of 6 people. I highly recommand it. I will come back for sure.

Best appartment in sunny isle

The appartment is gourgeous. Fully equiped. The parking lot is a must, very near to the elevator. All in these complex is very very confortable. The appartment is really big such as you can see in the photos. The view is better than the pictures. I highly recommend this appartment.

Family Spring Break Trip

The space was perfect for our family of 6 and we appreciated the extras provided for the beach. (Wagon, chairs, cooler, umbrella, towels and toys.) The beach is only a short walk away which was great! The pool was very nice as well. There were updates going on at the condo so the area around the building wasn’t as clean or nice as it usually is but it didn’t really disturb us. My only minor complaint was a couple of the elevators stopped working a few different times during our stay. Overall it was fantastic and the hosts communicated great before and during our stay! We would definitely stay again if we make it back to the area!

Beautiful condo

Great experience. Terrific communication and help! Only two suggestions, in the information packet and at the condo there needs to be information about how to work the TV. Also the parking spot is impossible to navigate with a large SUV or van BacUce it is the first spot next to the wall.

Long Weekend at F1

Property was in good location for what we needed Condo is huge with two king beds in primary, and two queen beds in 2nd room. All rooms had large TVs. Bathrooms could use some updating and could be cleaned better, but it was nice. Great view of the ocean off the balcony. We didn’t use the pool because it closed at 7pm on a Saturday. Didn’t walk to the beach but there is beach walkway directly out from the place. The condo had a ton of beach stuff.

Beautiful spacious condo

This condo was as advertised with two huge bedrooms and two beds in each. It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. The owner/property manager were great to communicate with. Overall I highly recommend this condo. You’ll love the view. There is a bit of a learning curve with parking, accessing areas of the condo(with a key tag), and the rules of where to enter/exit the pool or when returning from the beach. There are people monitoring and will redirect you. One other thing, while alcohol is allowed in the pool area, they do not allow it in or by the pool. So basically keep it at your chair. It’s likely these rules are common for this popular area but for those of us who are used to a more laid back beach experience it could come as a surprise.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It's also nicely furnished, with an attractive decor. As a bonus, you can see the ocean from the living room balcony. Anna, the manager, was terrific. She was extremely responsive when we had a glitch with theTV and later the dishwasher. Someone was there to set things right within the hour. The building is run as a resort, attracting a youngish, international clientele. The lobby was always busy, with people coming and going. We worried about noise, but In fact, the unit was remarkably quiet. A nice big pool, though lots of kids. Note: the washer and dryer are in the hall and shared, not in the apartment. For those with limited mobility, it's a long walk from the parking spot to the elevator.

Loved the location and beach, the view is awesome. Property manager is very responsive & we would stay there again! Nice shops and a great juice bar within walking distance. Lovely & I can’t wait to visit Miami again!
