The Nayalet is a 3BR/2BA modern condo with a spectacular view and walking distance of the Sunny Isles Beach and Ocean. The condo is situated in a luxurious area in Sunny Isles Beach close to Aventura and Surfside. The Nayalet offers a great stay with 4 beds in total, 2 King sized and 2 Full sized to accommodate a number of guests. It also offers amenities like free valet parking, gym access, 24 hour security, and a wonderful outdoor pool on the terrace.

Please note there is a $120 lobby registration fee upon check in paid directly to the building! (This is now included in the total as of 1/1/24)

if you stay 3 days or less, the building will also charge a $100 refundable security deposit.

10 excelentes días en Miami (todo recorrido desde Sunny Isles).

Excelente departamento, limpio, muy bien equipado. Muy buena y segura la zona. Con Shani funcionó perfectamente el concepto "no news, good news". El valet parking también funcionó en forma óptima. Sobresaliente experiencia general. Agradecido!

Great condo, great location, great communication

We loved this place and balcony while escaping Hurricane Milton! Easy walk to beach, pier, Publix, and Walgreens right next door. Quick drive to Aventura Mall, South Beach, and Bayside Marketplace. Couldn't think of a better place to be and would love to come back again!

Family vacation

Me and my family love the place, so much space and with every basic thing you need to have a great week.. The only thing is that most of the electricity outlets don’t work so makes it difficult if you have a hair dryer or a electric tooth brush… And the manager was so slow in attending us. So good thing it was not so important because the manager is very hard to contact.. I also tried to her phone and no one answers

Great stay

We were a family of six and enoyed our stay here it was very beautiful and open, we enjoyed our pool view and it also haad a short walk to the ocean and on the walk to the ocean there was a clean kid freindly playground. Service was kind and respectful. The only thing we wished there was better water pressure in the showers and there was only one coffe mug which was dissapointing. Definitely will be coming back in the future, overall great experience.

Great Sunny Isle Beach on north Miami Beach

Great stay at King David condo. This is a residential building with nice people. Very clean and quiet 3 bedroom condo in Sunny Isles Beach-175th and Collins (north Miami Beach) Really enjoyed the ocean breezes on the balcony which faces the pool. A short walk to the beach, crossing busy Collins Ave. The valet parking required by the building was nice to have. This area of Miami is quieter than south Beach. Yet, close enough to great shopping at Aventura mall and good Cuban food at Padrinos Hallandale location. We enjoyed Timó restaurant, sushi to go and Joe’s coffee for expresso drinks and natural juices. All within a very short walk. Also, check out spa treatments across the street at Acqualina Resort. We would stay here again next time we’re in Miami!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our condo was nice and clean but the property overall could use an update. We have stayed in this property the past 5 years and have seen no updates. The condo owner we had was great and we enjoyed our condo!

Fabulous location for beach, shopping, pool, and sun

Sun soaked location in North Miami. Close to Aventura Mall and easy walk to the beach. Location between intercoastal waterway and the ocean means not so many towers so lots of sunlight streams into unit all day. Clean and comfy space. has basic kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots and pans but not gourmet tools for home made meals. great patios and reasonable pool that's not too crowded. Nice crowd in builidng and good for families as not loud or rowdy.

Pleasant stay, very clean & close to the beach.

Very clean, quiet and safe area. Easy walk to the beach and you are provided with beach chairs which is very nice. Great area if you want a beach, a couple places to eat and to be relaxing in the condo. If you are looking for a lot of restaurant/bar choices (more nightlife) to walk to you need to get closer to South Beach. Two things to be aware of: pool/hot tub area closes at sundown & second bedroom with queen bed has no closet to use just a dresser drawers.

Above Average Stay

First off the host was AMAZING!!! She always answered my questions & concerns very PROMPTLY!! The condo had everything in the room that we needed such as cooking sets, beach chairs, and extra beach towels. It was a VERY clean & BEAUTIFUL unit. This is definitely in my top 5 of the most nicest places I've stayed so far! Just beautiful and everything we needed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to any Sunny Isles Beach goer!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was exactly like pictured, everything was clean and beautiful. It is across the street from the beach and there are several parks nearby. Walking distance to grocery stores and great restaurants. We would stay here again!

Loved it!

My family of 6 went which included myself, spouse and children in their 20's. The location was great - just a hop, skip and a jump away from the beach. Walgreens was nice to have right next door and a grocery store just a couple of blocks away. The Condo common areas were also very nice and the staff was super pleasant and friendly.
