Stayed 42 nights. Feb - March 2026House was in need of a deep cleaning, minor maintenance work. Master bathroom sink faucet is loose, closet door fell out of the track. The large shade on the slider door would not go up. We had a bed come apart, due to bolts missing from frame and was held together with bungee cords. Lani TV had no power cord; TV didn't even work. Leaking under kitchen sink. Owner was notified and states he was aware of these issues. For a house that was to sleep 12, there were only 4 place setting of dishes, 2 glasses, and 3 coffee cups. I bought more glasses and cups. Along with lamps for bedrooms. Poor quality and quantity of linens, towels which some had bleach marks, sheet with a rip, and mismatched linens. The quality and cleanliness of living room furniture and lani dinning outfit was terribleAS A WARNING, do not pay him through any app other than VRBO. I had asked if we could stay an extra night, even before my check in date, we agreed upon amount for that night stay and I promptly paid him though apple pay. Two days before our departure I text to clarify he had us staying the extra night. He asks "anyway I could check out on original date he forgot we were staying the extra night and doubled booked. And he would reimburse me in a little bit". I graciously booked a hotel for this. After two weeks of text, my money has not been reimbursed! I have also tried calling and no answer or voice mail. This is unacceptable that he is withholding my money.
