Hermosa unidad de esquina frente al mar en el quinto piso en el edificio 'Ocean Harbour South'.
El gran balcón envolvente ofrece vistas directas del océano Atlántico y la playa. La sala de estar y el dormitorio principal también ofrecen maravillosas vistas al océano.
La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos modernos y está totalmente equipada para su estadía.
La unidad ha sido bien mantenida y está alicatada en todas partes.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King size (Simmons Beautyrest), vestidor y una gran ducha romana con baño con ducha de lluvia montada en el techo.
El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen size (Simmons Beautyrest) y vestidor también.

WIFI y TV por cable con HBO incluido.

Ven y escapa disfrutando de kilómetros de playa privada o si buscas más emoción, hay muchas actividades cerca.

Estamos ubicados a 2 horas de Walt Disney World y Seaworld.
Estamos a 15 minutos al sur de Vero Beach y a 1-1 / 2 horas al norte de West Palm Beach. Fort Pierce está justo al otro lado de la calzada. Tiene muchos restaurantes geniales y pequeñas boutiques para explorar.

La unidad fue renovada en diciembre de 2013. Además, todos los muebles en el dormitorio principal, sala de estar y comedor fueron reemplazados.
En 2014, se realizaron las siguientes actualizaciones: nuevo refrigerador, nuevo aire acondicionado centralizado, nueva lavadora y secadora de carga frontal, nuevo tanque de agua caliente y tuberías.
En 2017, se realizaron las siguientes actualizaciones: la cocina se renovó por completo, incluidos los gabinetes y las encimeras de granito. Estufa, microondas y lavaplatos mejorados. El área del tocador del baño principal se rehizo incluyendo encimera de granito. Mosaico en todo el condominio también se rehizo.
En 2018, se compró un refrigerador Samsung French Door.
En 2019, se reemplazaron todos los muebles del segundo dormitorio.

Amazing

This condo rates a 10 in every respect. Its south facing wrap around balcony was a favorite spot for us during our 4 month stay. Everything is in new condition & very clean . The uncrowded beach is just steps away & the large heated pool is wonderful for swimming laps or just hanging out with other friendly residents. We highly recommend Katherine & Daryl’s comfortable & beautiful condo.D & H Canada

A+ GETAWAY!

If we could give this property a "10", we would! The attention to detail is evident throughout, and the owner was personable, accommodating, and responsive. The community is quiet and well-maintained. Inside the condo, the kitchen is well-stocked with quality kitchenware, etc., the beds are comfortable, the appliances and washer & dryer are newer, and we loved the overhead rain shower in the owner's suite bathroom. The extended balcony offers such spectacular oceanfront views, you won't want to leave. If you are looking for a clean, bright and welcoming condo, this is it! We absolutely loved our stay at this property and highly recommend it.

Home away from home

This condo had everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked. The views are beautiful. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Katherine. She lives in Canada but was in Florida while we were there. She was nice and very easy to talk with. We will be back to enjoy the condo again.

A little piece of paradise!

Katharine’s place was the perfect spot on the beach and the end unit was ideal for our 87 yr old parents! Being able to have a drink or coffee and watch the ocean, sunrise or sunset was perfect! Place was super clean and completely updated! We will always remember our little piece of paradise!!

Excellent Stay

We had a great stay at the condo. Everything was setup perfectly and the view from the balcony was second to none. A perfect height on the 5th floor and the end unit so you get the wrap-around balcony which is great. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and the little GE electric grill got a lot of use and was a nice touch. Almost like having a bbq. The master bathroom shower had been redone and was really nice and spacious as well. The clicker works from the 5th floor kitchen to let people past the gate which is a convenient feature. Sure beats heading downstairs every time. The owner was very responsive and I would highly recommend this condo and I see us coming back there some time.

Beautiful condo - in need of maintenance

Too many maintenance requests requiring us to wait around for repair estimates / measurements, such as new vertical blinds, broken ice-maker, new storm shutters switching cable and WiFi companies. Spent 4 vacation days waiting on repair people, with at least 4 more days of repairs scheduled upon our departure. Maintenance should be completed between rental periods!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the recently updated condo with a wrap around balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The view was spectacular and the grounds were impeccable. The unit was very clean, the owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend renting this unit!

Closest thing to paradise. Saddest part was leaving to go home!

I am not a beach person and thought I would go crazy. Boy, was I ever wrong! Accomodations were excellent, clean, bright, comfortable, quiet, well equipped and within a short driving distance of whatever non-beach life one desires. Welcome book contains practically all of the details you require to make yourself at home. Owners are just an e-mail / phone call away if any problems. Endless beach in either direction and not crowded. Rolling waves teaming with schools of fish - watch for them in the wave crests as they are forming, Plenty of other marine and local life to keep an eye out for. Don't forget to look up into the trees and surrounding skies. If you like beer, check out the local Sailfish brewery. If you like cider, check out the local Pierced Ciderworks. If you like shopping, just drive up and down the US 1 and indulge yourself. If you like antiques / flea markets, within a 90 minutes driving radius, you won't have time to get them all in. Boating, kayaking, fishing - all availlable. If you like music, many local artists perform at small restaurant / pub venues - yours to discover. Also have to mention the S.E.A.L. museum which is just a short drive from the condo. Basically, whatever you like, you will surely find it in close proximity. Truly something for everyone of all ages. If you like to sit around and watch TV, you can do that too - but you will be missing out on all of the fun. All in all, was able to relax and get my fill. No hurries, no worries. A very definite vacation without stress. Thank you! Leslie G.

Great view. Great ammenities. Highly recommended.

Renovated, clean, very well equipped and nicely decorated. The view is excellent. Pool and beach access are great. The living space opens onto L-shaped porch, great for choice of sun or shade, sheltered or open breeze. I'll be back there soon!

Our paradise corner

We are always pleased to come back to this wonderful place. It's our third year and we will be here again in 2017. The owners are exceptionally nice and we almost feel coming back to family... The apartment is well furnished and provide everything you need to be comfortable. The view is spectacular all the time, and the sunrise and sunset are so pleasant to watch! The beach is the best we've seen in the area. People are also friendly all around. That's why we sincerely recommand this condo.

As of December 2020, Darrel & I are the sole owners. We live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, but have been responsible for the management and rental of the unit since it's initial purchase.
