Puerto Rico occasionally experiences unexpected power outages due to island-wide infrastructure issues beyond our control. While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, there may be instances during your visit when a power outage occurs. In some cases, services such as the internet or air conditioning may take time to fully restore once power returns. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding should this happen.

Important Information Before Booking

Thank you for considering staying with us. We’re excited about the opportunity to host you and for you to experience the beauty of Puerto Rico.
Before confirming your reservation, we kindly ask that you carefully review and agree to the following terms. These guidelines are designed to ensure transparency, fairness and a smooth experience for both you and our team.
1. Nature of the Property
Our properties are located in residential buildings and communities. They are not hotels or hostels but privately owned homes operating within a shared residential environment.
We kindly ask guests to respect neighbors, community rules and quiet hours, helping us maintain a positive environment for everyone.
2. External Service Interruptions (Electricity & Water)
Puerto Rico may occasionally experience interruptions that are outside of our control.
Electricity: In the event of a power outage, a 15% discount of the nightly rate per affected night will be applied.
Water: If water service is unavailable for more than 4 consecutive hours, a 15% discount of the nightly rate per affected night will be applied.
If both electricity and water are affected at the same time, the compensation will remain a maximum of 15% of the nightly rate per affected night (not cumulative).
3. Electrical Appliances & Equipment
Due to Puerto Rico’s electrical infrastructure, voltage fluctuations or outages may occasionally affect appliances.
We take all reasonable measures to maintain and protect all equipment; however, unforeseen issues may arise due to external factors.
If any electrical appliance or equipment becomes unavailable, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the issue cannot be resolved the same day, a 10% discount of the nightly rate per affected night will be applied.
If the issue is resolved within the same day, no discount will apply.
If multiple appliances are affected at the same time, the compensation will remain a maximum of 10% of the nightly rate per affected night (not cumulative).
4. Cleanliness & Arrival Condition
We take cleanliness very seriously and ensure each unit is properly prepared before check-in.
Any concerns regarding cleanliness (including bedding, towels, or similar items) must be reported upon arrival or shortly after check-in, with supporting evidence.
We will act promptly to resolve the issue, including replacing or correcting the affected items.
Reports made prior to arrival or without physical access to the unit will not be considered valid.
If a reported cleanliness issue (such as towels or linens) is not resolved after notification and evidence on the first night, a 20% discount of the cleaning fee may be applied.
Additionally, please note:
We do not provide extra towels or bed linens beyond those prepared for your stay.
We are a sustainable company, and we actively promote responsible use of water, electricity, and household resources.
5. Communication & Resolution
We are committed to handling all situations in a fair, transparent and professional manner, in alignment with the house policies and the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
We kindly ask guests to communicate any concerns promptly so we can assist and resolve them efficiently.
6. Agreement to Terms
By completing your reservation you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. These policies are in place to protect your experience, our operations, our team and the local community.

1 - Check-out time: Before 11:00 am unless agreed otherwise.
2- Check-in time: After 3:00 pm unless agreed otherwise.
2 - Leave the apartment organized.
(The city trash container is outside up the block)
3 - Leave A/C off and turn off the lights.
4 - Lock the apartment door with the keypad button.
5- Do not throw face wipes, towels or anything that is not toilet paper. This will damage the pipes and flood the apartment.
6- Do not shower with sand on your body. Too much sand can damage the pipes due to the salt and density. Please try to clean as best as possible before entering the property.
7- We understand that you are on vacation but please do not shout and make loud music noises at late night hours. Is a residential area and is important to respect the community.
8- Any type of smoking is prohibited. Not all guests like the smell of smoking and can affect the experience of future guests.
9- We are a local company and we work every day to make your experience a good one, help us in not damaging the towels. They are very expensive and we want a clean environment for you and future guests.
10-Working hours is from 8AM-10PM
Pets Policy:
We take great pride in maintaining our property to ensure it`s in the best condition for all our guests.
While we love pets, they are not allowed on the property to maintain a safe and allergy-free environment for everyone. If you have received prior authorization to bring a service animal, a $100 fee will apply. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required to keep the space fresh and well-maintained for future guests.
