Welcome to the newly renovated Casa Vivo, an amazing house with stunning views of Nosara’s natural offerings.

An amazing five bedroom home up on a hill between both main beaches of Nosara, Playa Guiones and Playa Pelada, a very convenient location where everything is a short drive away but you will be secluded in your own peaceful oasis.

This family owned space offers an incredible ocean view and plenty of lush vegetation you get to share with the pizotes and howler monkeys.

The Space:
You will find the magnificent master bedroom in the first level, also equipped with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. In this level you can also enjoy an office space which has a full size sofa bed. Check out the surf just outside the room from an open air terrace.

The ground floor has four bedrooms each with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom, all connected through a TV room with a comfy couch for you to relax and sit back.

In this same level you will find a BBQ area, a deck and a beautiful outdoor pool.

Moving a level below, a gym, sauna and cold plunge will be waiting for you.

A fully equipped chef’s kitchen and a relaxing living area are located in the top level, surrounded by breathtaking views. An elevator can comfortably take you across the different levels of the house.
