Vista panorámica del océano Hilton Head Island Totalmente remodelado Oceanfront

Sentarse en el balcón con su taza de café y ver los barcos camaroneros pasar o disfrutar de las garzas y garcetas en la marisma. Nuestra unidad tiene una vista panorámica del océano. La unidad fue totalmente remodelado en la primavera de 2011, pisos de cerámica, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, 3 televisores de pantalla plana, bañera de hidromasaje / ducha en el baño principal. Tiene todas las campanas y silbatos. La cocina está totalmente equipada, utensilios de cocina, utensilios, cafetera, microondas, licuadora, olla eléctrica. Todo lo que necesitas es traer su comida. Si no quiere cocinar, hay una planta baja deli junto a la piscina. Los baños son de baldosas de travertino y granito. Hay dos piscinas exteriores y una piscina cubierta en la propiedad. Canchas de tenis, aparatos de ejercicios, y una zona de la parrilla también están en el sitio.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size, ventilador de techo y TV de pantalla plana. El baño contiguo tiene una bañera de hidromasaje para relajarse. La vista desde la ventana es una laguna llena de tortugas y un cocodrilo ocasional, marismas y el mar.

El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales y también cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana. El baño está al otro lado de una pequeña sala con una ducha de baldosas de travertino y encimera de granito.

La sala de estar / comedor tiene un sofá cama tamaño queen. También cuenta con una hermosa barra de desayuno de piedra y una mesa con asientos para 4 personas. Hay un gran televisor de pantalla plana en la pared. Hay una maravillosa vista al mar desde las puertas de vidrio que dan a la terraza.

Es un fácil 6-8 minutos a pie a través del amplio paseo marítimo que cruza el pantano de sal a nuestra playa privada. Si no quieres caminar, el complejo ofrece servicio de transporte al carrito de golf. En la playa hay una cabaña (de Coco En La Playa) que sirve comida y bebidas. Los baños también se encuentra allí para que nunca tenga que dejar la playa.

Ofrecemos sillas de playa, una sombrilla y una gran cesta de tomar sus artículos a la playa. Todo lo que necesita es traer una toalla de playa y protector solar!

Wi-fi en la unidad.

Nuestro complejo residencial está situado en la milla 7, que es la isla a mediados. Cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas y todas las comodidades para garantizar unas vacaciones muy agradable.

Overall a good stay

This condo was super family friendly and only a short walk to the beach. I do think the condo could have been cleaner and it would have been nice to have some basic cleaning supplies (broom, mop, wipes). Overall we enjoyed our stay and this location!

Perfect family getaway

We’ve stayed several times at HHR, twice now at this same location. It’s close to the boardwalk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony and everything you need is in the condo. Will stay again!

Beautiful location!

The condo was located on the 3rd floor in building 1 - closest to the ocean boardwalk, shuttle, deli, main pool & Coco's on the beach. The view from the balcony was lovely - ocean & marshlands. The condo itself had a nice kitchen but everything else really did need to be updated, furniture, bathrooms, etc. That being said, we were not there for the interior of the condo! The condo could really use a deep cleaning though as there was dust hanging from the popcorn ceiling & mold in both showers. But, as I said, we were not there for a fancy condo. We would definitely rent in this community again but try a different condo in the same building. Great location with easy access to many of Hilton Head's beautiful areas. Oh, great for families too!

Amazing week at Hilton Head

We had an amazing week at this condo! Wonderful views of the ocean/marshland. Awesome to have the wagon, 4+ chairs, and a couple boogie boards on site to use so we didn't have to bring them. There is also a shuttle that runs to/from the beach if you don't feel like walking. Cocos on the beach was fun the first couple days when the pool bar was not open. After that, we enjoyed Matt at the pool bar. The pool is great and right outside the door so you can see if chairs available. The master bed was super comfy, I slept SO well! Nice to have 2 bathrooms. It was me, my husband, our 20 yo daughter and her boyfriend came for part of the week. Kitchen is well stocked, only thing that would be helpful is a 13 x 9 pan. There is a keurig and a regular coffee pot as well as 2 crockpots, and blender. The owner was very responsive. There is not a washer/dryer so pack accordingly.

Vacation

This was our third time staying at the HH Resort. Tom’s unit was by far one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in. Had some issues with the cleaning service but owner was very attentive and sent them right over to correct their mistakes. We will definitely stay at this unit again!

My wife and I and our 3 sons (11,9,2) loved our stay here. The location is amazing unless you’re hung up on being in sea pines as some are. The pools are great for any day, sunshine or rain. The owner Tom was very easy to work with and attentive to any concerns we had. Would love to stay again !!

Incredible Ocean View close to everything you need!

Very cozy space, gorgeous ocean view. Furniture was a bit dated and definitely not small child friendly - glass coffee table and glass dining table but we made it work. We loved the ocean view and the proximity to the beach and CoCos! The supplied wagon and umbrella and beach chairs was amazing too.

Perfect Vaca spot at HH Resort

This Oceanview condo at HH Resort was the perfit fit for my family with 3 kids (16, 11, 11). The kids could independently go to the various pools. The indoor pool is great in case of bad weather or evening swimming /hot tub. We enjoyed tennis, the poolside restaurant, the beach, the warm ocean, and loved Coco's for end of day cocktails and appetizers. The unit looks out to the boardwalk and ocean. It was so peaceful and well equipped. It's an enjoyable walk but the shuttle is constant if you need it. We rented bikes as well and road the beach and bike paths. We will be back!

Great Condo Resort

This is a very nice property. A number of different activities for everyone. Well maintained inside and out. The condo has a small patio facing the ocean and a lagoon/marsh area. You can view many different species of birds from the patio. The condo was well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. The one item I would have liked to have was a small nightstand. The is one on the side closest the bathroom but having another one to put my glasses and book would have been nice. There was a cart, beach chairs and other items for use at the beach, which was nice. I would also like to see a more detailed welcome “book” as it took us until the second day to figure out the television and how to use the jacuzzi tub. I think that they should have move pictures as there many positives about the unit and resort. This resort was mid island and felt very safe as we walked on the paths several times. It was also convenient to shopping. There is a lot of different activities on the island for both golfers and non golfers. We would definitely return.

Super! Wonderful! Fantastic!

I spent a week in June with my sisters and niece and there are not enough superlatives to express how great our stay was. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed it day and night. I even watched a meteor shower later one night! We had no idea how great the view was, because pictures just can’t do it justice! You can watch the breakers from the main bedroom, the living room, and kitchen as well as the deck. We were able to prepare meals easily, everything worked great and the place is well outfittted! We all slept well, beds were comfortable as was the couch. The beach buggy, umbrella and chairs were a real convenience also. We look forward to future stays here!

Hurricane cut it short 😫

WISH we could have stayed but unfortunately there was a mandatory evacuation after one day. They cut off the elevators early and that caused an issue getting out which was difficult for my husband (health issues). I understand though this was to encourage people to leave fast. The owner was more than accommodating and gave us a partial refund (I did purchase insurance). This is a nice place and good location, just wish we didn’t have to leave, it was a VERY LONG drive.
