Great stay

Great stay! Will stay again! Parking through the day was a little crazy. If you leave through the day you’ll lose your parking close to your room if your able to even park in the parking lot since the condos across the street can park there also.

Best place we've stayed!

We have stayed in Destin 3 times, this has been by far the best place we stayed. The location was perfect, walking up to the sound of the beach is priceless for us. We actually came with our pet and even though he wasn't allowed at the beach the place was everything we hope for. Definitely coming back next year.

Terrible management!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice but soon after our stay started, we were woken by loud banging on the condo. Construction had been scheduled on our building. We went to the management office and were told it would take three weeks to finish. If we had known this, we would had rented a different unit. They refused to move us to another unit. They only agreed to let us out of our contract after the month ended. Extremely disappointed as we were going to spend two months. We spent the rest of the month with loud pounding and scaffolding on our stairs. The workers made us park far from the unit. I can’t believe we were treated so poorly.

A/C did not work,had to switch to another condo next day

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked a trip for our daughters 3rd bday with family and dog. Specifically booked condos near other family too. Our condo was hot as soon as we entered (81 degrees, was set at 71). I didn’t think anything of it as first, thinking maybe it just took a while to cool down. Within 30 minutes of us staying there (checked in at 4:30 or so) I attempted to call Maintenance phone number (had to leave a message, only open Mon-Fri). Front office was closed, so we called the guard shack and was told someone was already coming out for another guest in another condo. So we stay at our condo and a maintenance person from sandpiper comes to our condo says it’s frozen and would see “what they want to do.” So our condo reaches 83 degrees we were miserable the whole night. My elderly parents, dog, and child were so uncomfortable. My husband and I went to the front desk the next day at around 8:30-9. They said no one with Maintenance had even reported the issue. Apparently sandpiper staff can see what temp condo is at front desk. So they see it’s 80 degrees and they said they would call the ac company (owner of condo to see when ac is fixed last too). Let me mention they told me no one had stayed at this condo since Sept 5 (We checked in on Sept 18). Called office a few times to see if ac company was coming soon m. So we showed up at the front office later that day and requested a new condo. I did not want to be stuck with no available condo and the office closed. The front desk (Cree) was very helpful, I asked about a refund. She was talking to the manager (Shannon) in the back. We could over hear Shannon telling her that they would not give us a full refund and the contract says things like this. I’m sorry, but the ac was broken and no guest has been there since Sept 5, does no one do a pre check?! Shannon refused to speak with us said she was “busy.” Switched condos, only got 20% refund first night (supposed to get security de

Amazing place

An amazing place to stay. We loved the accommodations and location. Beach access was a breeze. Quiet and peaceful place in destin yet close to everything. We are already planning our next trip and decided we will not look into any other places. This is our go to from now on.
