Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is pleased to present St. Simons Grand #219. This fabulous, four bedroom condo offers ocean views that can be seen from all living areas as well as the primary suite. The large balcony which overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds is furnished for dining or just sitting enjoying your morning coffee. Either way, you have the ideal location to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean waves.
The primary suite is spacious with a King bed and large master closet. The master bath features a soaking tub and walk in shower. The first bedroom offers a king bed with ensuite bath. The second bedroom features a queen and with jack & jill bath leading to the third bedroom with two queen beds.
The spacious living area provides the perfect spot for families to gather and enjoy quality time together by the beach.
There is traditional cable TV in the living room and the other TV's are for streaming only.
Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Bedding Includes: 2 Kings (California) , 3 Queens.
