Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, blender, and dishwasher—perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The condo also includes two full bathrooms with towels provided for your convenience. Please note there is no washer or dryer available in the unit. Whether you're relaxing indoors or soaking up the views, this condo offers everything you need for a memorable stay in Cozumel.

-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
