Set in the heart of Oak Island, this three-bedroom, two full-bath home (sleeps 8) puts you just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and live weekend concerts. The open floor plan offers plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing, sharing meals, or planning your next island adventure. Enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished front porch, and unwind after a sunny day on the screened and furnished back patio with a smart TV.
Inside, you'll find:
- Smart TVs in the living room, both king bedrooms, and back porch
- Electric fireplace for cozy evenings
- Dining table and breakfast bar
- Board games, puzzles, and books
- Blackout shades in every room
- Electric sit/stand desk for remote work
- Washer/dryer, ceiling fans, spacious closets, fresh cotton towels, and made beds

We've been an Oak Island visitor for years and decided to purchase a new construction house in 2024 to have a place to call home. We believe in sharing the magic of the island with others and are dedicated to ensuring our friends, family members, and new guests enjoy their stay so much that they want to come back every year. We don't just love peak season, but love the off-season months when we do a lot of fishing and bonfires on the beach during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Your first impression matters to us -- you should walk in the front door and say two things: "wow, this place is super clean" and "this place feels so cozy that if feels like I'm home." Trust me when I say that a clean home is a MUST. Don't second guess your plans -- just book a few nights and we guarantee you won't want to leave.
