Place was clean property was in good condition. It was a shame the community pool was being resurfaced with no mention of this prior to us attempting to access it. This would have been nice to know when booking or when being asked if we would like to pay for private pool heating.Overall we enjoyed our stay this just left a sour taste in our mouth, thankfully the great location made up for it as there was plenty other stuff to do!Would book again!

Comfortable Stay.

Our Stay at the Villa was Enjoyable, Beds were really soft and Comfortable, Everything was in the Villa that we needed to have a relaxing time, it was peaceful, with a beautiful outlook, We went for a walk around the resort, Several of The residents We met, Very friendly. The lakes, the wildlife, Beautiful. We would recommend Staying here to Family ,friend's, and hope to return again ourselves in the future.

Excellent Stay!

This was a great place to stay. It was a spacious four bed, three bath house with a full kitchen. The private pool in the backyard was a great way to relax. The pool itself overlooks a pond with wildlife making it a great place to hang out. The home is located in a gated community with 24 hour guards making it a peaceful and safe place to stay. It is in a great location only about 20 minutes to Disney World and you never have to get on I-4 so you never get stuck in traffic. Aldi's and Walmart are literally five minutes away for any of your shopping needs. It was such a great place to stay we hated to leave it. We highly recommend this vacation home for your stay in Orlando.

Relaxing Stay!

Our stay was super relaxing. There are four spacious bedrooms and a full kitchen. The pool right out the sliding glass door was so convenient and clean. It was a perfect way to cool off after a hot day. Superb view over looking a pond and palm trees. Shrubs on either side of the lanai provide privacy from neighbors. Super convenient to the Disney Parks - only about eight miles away. We can drive there faster than riding the buses if we stayed on Disney Property. Especially nice having our own car and not having to wait on full buses when returning at night. We enjoyed our stay so much we hated to leave. This was a perfect vacaction house.

First time in the states

A lovely clean property and easy to reach from the airport and all the Disney and Universal parks.A great view and sun trap for most of the day and you can even see rockets launch from the pool area at night if you get a clear sky!We all enjoyed are stay and will be booking againThe added floats for the pool were much welcomed, it could do with a umbrella outside for some shade but not a massive problem

Great Vacation Rental

We had a superb time at the vacation home. Very spacious with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, 2 living areas and a full kitchen. The view outside overlooking the swimming pool and pond was outstanding and oh so relaxing. The home was very clean and check-in with digital access was seamless. We felt right at home from day one. Great stay!

Outstanding

Great Vacation Home! So welcoming. The Mickey room was so fun. Tastefully decorated without being overwhelming. The princess room was also beautifully decorated with a princess sleigh bed. The pool deck overlooking the pond was so serene and peaceful. The stay was super relaxing in a gated community with quiet neighbors.

Wonderful stay

This was our first stay at this property. It exceeded our expectations! The location was excellent with great proximity to both Disney Springs and parks as well as outside the Disney bubble needs such as Walmart, Publix, Home Depot, restaurants, etc. The house itself was very clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed. The pool area was also well-furnished with plenty of relaxing seating and table options and pool toys for the kids. Everything was very comfortable and great to come home to after long days in the Florida elements. Hurricane Helene arrived during our stay and we felt safe through the weather and the property management company emailed to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. It was nice to have contact in the event of an emergency. We will definitely continue to stay here regularly for future central Florida vacations to come.

Lovely location and views over lake. Villa dated in areas with existing minor cosmetic damage in places and outdoor furniture in need of replacement. Pool had areas of green to sides, but more than useable. Very small shower heads with little water pressure. That aside, a pleasant spacious property.

Lake Berkely Villa

We recently stayed at this villa for two weeks. It was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. It is a little tired in places and would benefit from a small update (especially the pool area, the patio is dirty in places, the furniture is old and the chairs especially are not in good condition, there are some cracks in the shallower end of the pool which could cause cuts/scratches to younger children) We did have a water leak from the AC system within the first couple of days we were there and had no answer by telephone or email and I had to resort to contacting my travel agent to get them to contact the management company. This problem was fixed quickly once we managed contact. Lake Berkely Resort itself is a lovely quiet resort with good facilities and lovely lakes in the centre and close to amenities on the I192 (including Walmart).

Pros:Overall we had a great stay! Beautiful area & felt very safe. Checkin was easy. Cons: didn’t have a lot of hot/warm water after 1 shower. Could use some updates but it was great for what we used it for.

Fantastic villa in a great location

Loved the secure gated location, very close to Disney and Universal. The accommodation was great, pool was superb with a lovely lake view. We would absolutely recommend and will happily book again in the future.

Lakeside Home

Love the roomy and clean house and love the location. Would definitely rent again. Needs some very simple fixes, 1 front burner on stove doesn't work and back burner bent, so only 2 small burners are usable. Need new frying skillet, it's warped with broken handle, not usable.

Nice house needs updating.

The elements on the stove top need to be changed. The right front burner does not stay working. You have to move the element around it to get it to start working again. The left rear element is warped badly so a pan will slide off the element. The fire extinguisher needs to be serviced. The pressure gauge is out of the green and is way low on the gauge. The seal is intact so no one has discharged it. The filter for the HVAC system needs to changed. The size is 20x20x1. I was going change it but ran out of time.

Wonderful beautiful home!!

Such a lovely stay at Lake Berkeley. Secure gated community with friendly security staff. Property was great size although pool was a little unclean but nothing that put us off using it. Ants on occasion in the main ensuite but we couldn't figure out where from but again, nothing unpleasant. Highly recommend

The villa was in an excellent location for all of Orlando and was in a lovely gated community. The villa itself is in need of some general updating , looked a bit tired, air conditioning kept leaking in the hallway. The equipment left to cook for yourselves is limited, we hadn't got any pans for the oven/grill. Some plates and glasses chipped.

A wonderful place to stay

The location was great and the view over the lake with a plethora of wild birds made it extra special. The villa was comfortable and because it got the sun most of the day, the pool was a real asset.

Comfortable stay with the family.

This was the 2nd time we have rented this property for our family vacation. The management company was always quick to respond to any questions we had and the home had all of the basic's a family needs in a rental property. (Plenty of towels, kitchen items and pool chairs.) Stores and restaurants are nearby. We hope to rent this property again one day.
