Welcome to Mermaid Sunrise! This beachy three-bedroom Duplex is the perfect place to stay for your next vacation getaway. When arriving to the home You will immediately feel the island vibe from the ocean colors and adornments of the home to the seashell driveway. This home is the definition of a beach home as it is only 200 steps from the beautiful powder white beaches of Anna Maria Island! The island has many equipment rental companies giving you access to more suitable and convenient transportation to get around the island. Restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive down the beach depending on what you're hungry for.

This vibe continues through to the interior of the home with the tropical decor that is spread throughout the open floor plan. The living room and dining room combine with numerous windows to allow natural lighting to flood the home while the kitchen sits just past the stairs. The living room provides enough seating for you and all your guests to kick back and hang out or enjoy your favorite movies and shows altogether well the dining room just beside it offers a table with seating for up to eight people.

The kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances, as well as all the pots and pans needed for you to cook your favorite homemade meals. *Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
