Whether you're here for the beaches, the food, or the fireworks, this is the perfect home base for your Lowcountry adventure.
Fireworks Without the Crowds
Hilton Head lights up the sky every Tuesday night and on July 4th—and you can skip the crowds! Our quiet neighborhood has a hidden dock with a perfect view of both shows. Ask me for the inside scoop!

Red Room: Brand new queen mattress
Third Bedroom: Full-sized bed
Optional: Couch available with linens upon request

This is our personal residence, lovingly opened to guests while we’re away. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood—please respect quiet hours starting at 10 PM.
Neighborhood Pool Access
Enjoy the community pool with our provided key. (Please note: a $25 fee applies if the key is lost, as the HOA charges for replacements.)
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Feel free to use our full-service kitchen, including oils, spices, salt and pepper. While we don’t have a grill or air fryer, you’ll find everything you need to cook up a great meal.

We have hosted guests before but never in this family home. It is listed this summer because we will be on vacation! We will be in upstate NY. Don't worry, a local property manager will be available to you.

2-min drive to Old South Golf & Tanger Outlets, 5 mins to Old Town Bluffton dining, and 10 mins to Hilton Head beaches, trails, and tours. Walk to the pool and 3 local restaurants. Our home is .25 miles from the National Wildlife Refuge so our neighborhood is a haven for birds.
