This house was immaculate, the location was perfection, the golf cart was super to get around town and the pool was the best part! Tom’s communication was always within minutes and I can’t complain about one thing except that we had to come home :)

The whole experience of our vacation in this house was great! The house & pool were wonderful. The neighborhood was very quiet! The host, Tom, was the Best. He answered all of our questions and was great to work with. I would highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Indian Rocks Beach! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy our vacation. One of the highlights was definitely the pool it was sparkling clean, a great size, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun with family and friends.The location was excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling quiet and private. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay easy and enjoyable.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in IRB. We had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again!

What made us fall in love:
- The sun-drenched backyard with a heated pool and sun shelf—ideal for lounging, splashing, or sipping something cold
- The walkability and golf cart access to everything that makes IRB special, without the premium of waterfront pricing
- The spacious layout with three full bedrooms and bathrooms—perfect for families or groups
- The ability to offer guests a relaxing, resort-style experience with all the perks of island living, minus the crowds
This home is all about ease, comfort, and connection—to the beach, to the community, and to the moments that make a vacation unforgettable.

We try to offer early check‑ins and late checkouts when our turnover schedule allows.

We can confirm them within three days of arrival/departure.

You can always drop your bags at 11 a.m. and take the golf cart to explore Indian Rocks Beach while we finish up.

The new pool (2025) is heated and has a sun shelf for working on your sun tan in the shallow waters. The house is completely renovated (2025) including the kitchen and three bathrooms and includes all new appliances.
