Good, could be better.

The house is beautiful but was not ready for guests. Price tags still on furniture, bathrooms missing blinds, plastic still on lamps, numerous lamps without lightbulbs, lacking amenities. A lot of things unfinished. Just not a great experience. It also was dirty when we arrived. We found old food around throughout our stay. Old muffin, old pizza crust, old oranges. It's actually crazy. I also had to vacuum when arrived. Clumps of hair, dust, dirt on stairs. Very nasty. The location is okay. It's surrounded by other rentals, so you can get big loud groups next to you that party late into the night. I will also say that the upstairs gets insanely hot - 83+ degrees during the afternoon heat, even when with the AC running. So night time is not pleasant when you're trying to sleep up there. The positive - The pool was great and the amount of space is wonderful. You can have a lot of guests and every room has a bathroom, which is fantastic. There's also lots of things for kids to do between games and the pool. Really appreciate that. The staff was quick to respond to my concerns and questions which made it nice when we had issues. It was a good trip, but there are things that need to improve.
