This single-family home is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for a relaxing getaway near the Gulf—without the crowds.

This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features brand-new furniture throughout. The open layout and thoughtfully designed spaces create a warm, welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk in. Park in the private driveway (fits 2 vehicles) and enjoy the ease of walking right into your vacation haven—no stairs or elevators required.

-Master Suite: Features a king-size bed, smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom.
-Guest Room 1: Queen bed with shared access to a Jack & Jill bathroom.
-Guest Room 2: Two extra-long twin (TXL) beds, perfect for kids or solo sleepers.
All bedrooms are furnished with quality linens and cozy touches to ensure a restful stay.
Fully Stocked Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is ready for everything from morning coffee to a full family dinner, featuring cookware, dishes, silverware, a coffee maker, and more. Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for six.

The living room offers a comfy sofa, two accent chairs, and a smart TV for movie nights or lazy afternoons. Step outside to the covered and screened-in back porch, complete with outdoor seating where you can enjoy a peaceful breeze or your morning coffee.

Bring your furry family members! Palma Tranquilla is dog-friendly (2 dogs max), with a large, fully fenced backyard perfect for running and playing. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies per dog. Dogs only, please. *Please note VRBO only includes the charge for 1 dog. If you bring a second dog, we will charge for the second dog separately.

Need to log in while you're away? A dedicated desk and chair make remote work or virtual meetings easy and comfortable.

The driveway fits 2 vehicles. Please note there is an awning with low clearance—taller vehicles may need to park in the adjacent grassy area.

-No smoking or vaping and no events allowed.
-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent and are required to email a photo ID at the time of booking. The guest making the reservation must also be present for the duration of the stay.
-Third party bookings are NOT allowed.
-A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation. If the agreement is not signed and the reservation is not paid in full, you will not receive the arrival information. Provided all requirements are met, the arrival details will be emailed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
-Check-in is anytime after 4 PM Central Time. You may request an early arrival for an additional fee; however, please note that it is not guaranteed, as it depends on the availability of the unit after morning check-outs and the cleaning & inspection schedule. If you require an early arrival, you may consider booking for the night prior.
-Check-out is strictly at 10 AM Central Time. Any departure after this time will result in an additional fee.
-Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am per the Bay County Noise Ordinance
-Please understand that Florida's natural environment includes bugs, insects, ants, mosquitoes, and spiders. We perform regular interior and exterior pest control, but keeping doors, windows, and sliders closed will help prevent entry. No refunds will be issued for sightings of bugs or wildlife in or around the property.
-Supplies:
We provide a starter pack of supplies, including 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag per trash can, 1 packet of dish detergent and 1 packet of laundry detergent, to get you started. For additional supplies, there are nearby stores. This is meant to get you through your first day or so until you can get to a store.
-By renting this home you acknowledge that you understand you enter and occupy the premises at your own risk and that the homeowner and Sun & Sand Rentals are not and will not be responsible for injuries or deaths that may occur on our property. You, and all of your guests attending, agree that everything you use is at your own risk, including any beach equipment left on the property. By renting this home, you agree that you are also financially responsible for any third party damages that are caused by your group. Neither the homeowner or Sun & Sand Rentals are liable, financially or otherwise, for any accidental or intentional third party damages your party causes.
-Attention: This home is currently listed for sale. If you're interested in stays longer than 45 nights, please inquire before booking, as we may be able to accommodate extended reservations. Please note that real estate agents may occasionally request to show the property.
