Ocean One 513 is new to our rental program in 2025 and offers top floor panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the newly renovated oceanfront pool as well as the grilling area. This 5th floor Direct Oceanfront condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a King Bed in the Primary Bedroom plus 2 Queens in Bedroom 2. Each Bedroom has their own adjacent bathroom. After spending hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is just one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. The new Lowcountry Celebration Park is also located nearby just off of Pope Avenue (5 minute walk from Ocean One) and is host to many of the Island Festivals & Concerts that take place throughout the year. There is also a playground for vacationers with small children. The Ocean One Pool is heated during the months of March, April, October & November (Weather permitting).
