Ocean One 513 - Oceanfront 5th Floor Villa

Ocean One 513 is new to our rental program in 2025 and offers top floor panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the newly renovated oceanfront pool as well as the grilling area. This 5th floor Direct Oceanfront condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a King Bed in the Primary Bedroom plus 2 Queens in Bedroom 2. Each Bedroom has their own adjacent bathroom. After spending hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is just one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. The new Lowcountry Celebration Park is also located nearby just off of Pope Avenue (5 minute walk from Ocean One) and is host to many of the Island Festivals & Concerts that take place throughout the year. There is also a playground for vacationers with small children. The Ocean One Pool is heated during the months of March, April, October & November (Weather permitting). Ocean One has one of the best locations on Hilton Head along with first class amenities. A stay in Unit #513 gives you a taste of the best Hilton Head has to offer.

Excellent location, super smooth check-in and check-out procedures, all the amenities we needed. Only issue was water damage to the ceiling. Maintenance was guessing sweating HVAC pipes were leaving water spots that were then degrading the drywall to the point debris was falling to the floor.

Thank you for your review and we are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at Ocean One! We apologize about the issue with the ceiling but appreciate you reporting it to us during your stay. The staining of ceilings has unfortunately been an issue the past few years following the extensive exterior renovation at Ocean One in 2022. The older metal ducts cannot deal with the heat coming from the outside and sweat and cause the insulation to become wet which then causes the ceiling to have issues. Unfortunately as well, you really do not know it is happening until it is too late and is showing. Thankfully, we are happy to report that the issue has been resolved following your stay and the ducts have now been spray foamed and the ceiling has been repaired.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this condo for our Girl's Trip. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable and roomy! The view was fabulous! The pool was clean and the water was ohhh sooo refreshing after coming off the beach! The only suggestions we have are: FAN SWITCH: there wasn't a fan switch in the bathroom off the bedroom with 2 Queens. Very hot when drying your hair. MORE MIRRORS: the only mirrors in the unit were in the bathrooms. A couple of full length mirrors would be good to have. ICE MAKER: the freezer didn't have an ice maker and instead we had to fill ice trays each day. None of the above affected our trip, and are only observations! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Excellent rental! The host was super responsive to questions/needs. The location and ocean view are PHENOMENAL. The kitchen is well appointed. The condo is very spacious with abundant closet space and spotless. We will DEFINITELY rent again. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! The condo was lovely. Being on the top floor is great for the ocean front views (just be prepared to take the stairs when elevators are congested). A couple things that we found that we needed were a few more pots and pans and better baking sheets. Oh and a sign above the kitchen sink explaining how the censor works would be helpful. I grew up coming to Ocean One and was thrilled to see the pool deck remodeled! We did the usual Hilton Head stuff but nothing beats a day just enjoying the beach and pool at Ocean One. One new find: Fish Haul Beach. It's a great place to take kids to see sea creatures. Very quiet, easy parking, and there are bathrooms. It's not really a beach where you'd want to swim (gators, sharks, etc.), but it's a magical and natural place to explore that is off the beaten path.
