The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

- Master bedroom: King bed with premium linens and ample closet space.

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with chic décor.

- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, ideal for kids or additional guests.

Two full bathrooms offer spa‑quality towels and organic bath products. The home sleeps six guests comfortably.



Outdoor living

The private patio features tropical landscaping, luxury outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill. Pool heating is available from mid‑October through April for an additional $125 per night; we recommend heating from October 15 to May 31. Provide at least three days’ notice, and the heat will remain on for the entire stay.



Kitchen & dining

A fully stocked kitchen with high‑end appliances includes a Starbucks drip coffee station, cooking basics, tea, sugar, creamer, and a complimentary bottle of wine for each reservation. Smart TVs are placed throughout the home for relaxed evenings.



Family friendly touches

Child‑safe door alarms give peace of mind, while kids’ utensils, plates, and bowls are ready for use. A travel crib is available upon request.

Pet policy

Dogs under 20 lb are welcome with written approval and a $250 per pet fee. Cats are not allowed due to allergies. Service animals are always welcome.
