As mentioned in our private messages, we would have been happy to walk you through the projector settings had we been made aware of the issue during your stay. Unfortunately, because we weren’t given the opportunity to troubleshoot it, we’re sorry it impacted your experience. After receiving your report regarding the patio, we promptly inspected the property and found no evidence of the infestation described. Our home is professionally cleaned, regularly serviced, and routinely inspected. We encourage guests to let us know about any concerns during their stay so we can address them as quickly as possible.
