The Space:

Welcome to your Denver design dream. This architecturally striking, brand-new home in the heart of Denver offers over 3,300 square feet of bright, luxurious living space with thoughtful touches throughout. With four bedrooms—each featuring a king-size bed—and 4.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for families or large groups to spread out and relax.



The main level flows beautifully with rich hardwood floors, high-end finishes, and a chef’s kitchen outfitted with quartz counters, custom cabinetry, and panel-front appliances. Three living areas (yes, three!) give everyone their own space—whether it’s lounging on the massive basement sectional, enjoying the rooftop deck with a drink in hand, or catching a movie in the main living room.



The primary suite offers a true escape, with a large soaking tub and spacious walk-in glass shower. The other bedrooms have en suite or adjacent spa-like bathrooms, and the entire home is filled with natural light and cool architectural details.



Outside, the fenced backyard and rooftop deck are perfect for hanging out in the sunshine or winding down after a day exploring the city. Everything here is brand new and designed with style and comfort in mind.



Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.
