In JUAN LES PINS our apartment is like renting a villa, but only paying for an apartment. All the luxury facilities on one level, and no other people around!!!!! Just read the reviews.

WE ONLY ACCEPT BOOKINGS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY in July and August

It is a large one bedroom/two bathroom garden apartment in very quiet, private and totally secure grounds. On the ground floor of a large villa. Full use of garden, swimming pool, summer kitchen, etc.
The owners also have separate garden and terrace.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage.There are two large bathrooms. On site secure parking for several cars. The apartment is conveniently located between Cannes and Antibes, a great spot for exploring all the main attractions along the Cote d'Azur. Short walk to the beach and shops etc.
The particually large pool is surrounded by large terraces and there is a wide choice of lounge and dinning areas. The summer kitchen with Gas BBQ, adds even more choice.

Great Holiday location: This apartment is in a great location only 9 minutes walk to the beach, shops restaurants etc. Conveniently located in between Golfe Juan and Juan les Pins. So you have the choice of locations. Golfe Juan port is full of restaurants and bars plus very expensive Boats! . Walk in either direction and the beaches are full of restaurants where there are views to die for, and you can eat with your feet in the sand. Juan Les Pins is much more lively and has a lot more going on, so much that you will only ever be able to sample a fraction.
Cannes and Nice are close by, a bus runs near by and only costs one Euro wherever you go.
The airport is a 20 minute drive, as is Antibes, Valbonne, Mougin, St Paul de Vence etc . So much to see and do on your door step. Monaco is a 40 minute drive and Italy only 10 minutes further on.
Cannes offer unlimited choice of restaurants and shops. Night clubs and casinos are all very close by.
Golf courses are plentiful alone with great choice of water sport

Transport: A car is not essential as taxi, bus and coach are all available from Nice Airport.
The apartment is within easy walking distance of all facilities you could wish for.
A one & a half Euro bus fare takes you along the coast and can be picked up a short walk form the apartment.
A luxury coach ( nos 250 , cost 10 euro) from the airport drops you off at the bottom of the road.

If you love the sun: The property faces due south and the garden is full of sun from early morning till late evening. The summer kitchen has a large awning which provides shade for those that want it !!


EVERY GUEST SO FAR HAS SAID THE ACCOMMODATION AND GARDEN / POOL HAS FAR EXCEEDED THEIR EXPECTATIONS. THEY SAY OUR PHOTO'S DO NOT DO THE PROPERTY JUSTICE.

Simon and Janet were such amazing hosts, and their apartment was just perfect. The grounds were beautiful, and the pool was absolutely stunning – we loved every minute. The apartment had so much space, all the facilities we needed, and stayed wonderfully cool in the hot weather. We’d go back in a heartbeat if we could. Honestly, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in Southern France.

Wonderful

This was a little oasis from the beach traffic and the pool was great to cool off later. Conveniently located, however you need a car to travel. Gracious hosts, and a great stay. My only caveat is that the internet could be upgraded.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

Beautiful property with stunning decoration, amazing and large pool and all the amenities you need. Really enjoyed eating outside and having a BBQ every night in the outside space. It’s a great location to explore the Riviera from. It’s a reasonable walk to Golfe Juan and the beach (20 minutes at a reasonable pace in the heat) so would recommend hiring a car. Would 10/10 recommend. Thank you Simon and Janet!

Island of peace

Côte d'Azur is a very busy and crowded part of France. Returning to Janet and Simon's property was a guarantee for relaxation and quietness. Although we were there in March, it rained only once and we could enjoy the vast garden and pool area. The appartment is spacious and very clean. Our hosts were prompt to attend the couple of minor problems we encountered during our stay. Indeed, it is one of our best experience in renting abroad. Jean Michaud, Ottawa, Canada.

Very unusual, great apartment

The apartment itself is very spacious but the real beauty of it is is the fantastic outside space. Perfect for eating outside, sunbathing, swimming or just relaxing. Can walk to the beach and beach restaurants if you like walking - which we do.

Just the warm, sunny getaway we needed

The property was exactly as the photos showed and the owner promised. Very private garden and pool with outdoor kitchen to complement the fully equipped apartment. We arrived with our friendly 2 y.o. goldendoodle, the owners met us by the gate and showed us around the property, while being very good with our playful pup. The property was less than a 15 minute walk to the beach, with a nice boulangerie along the way providing breakfast almost every morning. And with a car, dinners in old town Antibes, Cannes, Nice, or any number of coastal locations were a very easy get. Highly recommend referring to the owners stack of restaurant business cards if you need dining ideas - we went 3 for 3 in having excellent dining experiences using that list. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Would definitely use again!

The villa is spacious, very comfortable and immaculately clean. It has all the amenities you could wish for in a holiday villa and more. The outside area is very beautiful and well maintained, a special place to swim, relax and eat by the pool. Simon and Janet were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The villa is a short walk to a bus stop for a bus to Antibes or to Cannes and the train station isn't far if you wish to go further afield. We had a wonderful stay and it is somewhere we would love to return to.

"We are going to miss this place!" "We have become very fond of it!" This is a bit of paradise: the perfect garden, the blue skies, the birds, the pool, the villa, the tranquility. Paradise with a 10 minute walk to the beach promenade. and an onward stroll to Juan-les-Pins or Golf Juan. Antibes, Nice and Cannes a short train or bus ride away. Wonderfully spacious luxury villa

The apartment was just as lovely as it looks on the web site pictures. The pool was huge, very inviting and well maintained. The garden was lovely - it grew more colourful each day. Janet and Simon, the owners, were very welcoming and helpful. My partner, our dog Molly and I spent a glorious four weeks here and enjoyed every day. Would highly recommend the villa and location. Very easy to walk to the beaches of Golf Juan and Juan Les Pins. We walked via the beaches into Antibes many times and walked into Cannes once. We drove out to Nice, Grasse, Valbonne, Theoule Sur Mer and had great days out. There villa has lots of living space both indoor and outdoor and was equipped with everything we needed for our months holiday. Would love to go back sometime in the future. Unbeatable Experience

We have just departed after a wonderful 7 day stay in this very beautiful place. The setting is magnificent, the location of the villa is just about perfect for easily exploring the many beautiful towns and attractions nearby and the owners are welcoming, informed and charming. The interior is comfortable and completely equipped with all housekeeping needs. Our privacy was respected at all times and the setting is tranquil.The pricing is extremely fair considering the facilities provided. We reserved for next year on our way out: enough said about whether we would return again. Thank you Simon and Janet.

What an amazing place to stay

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment is faultless,the garden and pool are well maintained and beautyfully equipped. It is in a lovely quiet area. The description, pictures and location are very accurate. The owners Simon and Janet were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome and were very helpful. You can walk very easily into Juan Le Pins and Golf Juan which is great for shopping and resturants. It really was everything we could have wished for and more. We had the best of times. We are just working out when we can return! We would recommend this to friends and family. Book it you will not be dissappointed.

Best Choice

My husband and I stayed for 10 days to lengthen summer. We had a terrific Holiday! The apartment,garden and the fantastic,big-size pool are well maintained and beautyfully equipped. You'll see in any detail that the owners know exactly what it needs to make you feel so comfortuble! We came from South Germany to Nizza by plane, rented 2 bikes, so easy to do shopping and side seeing starting from here. Coming back and enjoy the privacy in this real quite property. Big compliment to the owner Simon and to Janet for making us feel at home, they are so friendly and helpful. Living in the house, feeling Like friends! Fantastic August break at this fabulous appartment

My family and i have just returned from a fabulous break at this beautiful garden appartment in Juan Les Pins. The appartment is spacious and has everything you could possibly need for your stay, it is also spotlessly clean and well maintained. The gardens and pool are beautifully kept and provided great fun for the children. The outdoor area is great for when the temperatures are soaring, you can take some respite from the sun but still enjoy being outdoors. It really was everything we could have wished for. We hired a car for our break in order to expolre a bit but there were also some great walks down to Juan Le Pins and Golf Juan which we did regurally in the evenings to grab a bite to eat or just for drinks and ice creams. The owners of the villa are incredibly helpful and friendly, there when you need them but not imposing in any way. I would have no hesitation in reccomending this appartment for couples or families.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We just arrived last weekend, it was really a pleasure to stay at this apartment for a week. It is exactly as described and pictured on the website and has all the amenities needed for a great holiday. First of all it is very comfortable and clean. Additionally, it is lovely furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. Also the swimmingpool and garden area is very nice All the places in the neighborhood like Cannes, Grasse, Antibes, Nice and Monaco were easy to reach, either by car or by train. There is no question that the owners of this villa care about their guest and, at the same time, being absolutely unobtrusive. So this location is a very relaxed hideaway. We will surely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Des vacances de rêve

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la maison (très très bien entretenue) et surtout par l'accueuil de ses propriétaires. L'endroit est très agréable, isolé mais aussi à la croisée de tous les chemins. Je vous recommande chaleureusement cette location, pour une fois la réalité est bien au dessus des photos.

vacance superbe

A notre arrive nous avons ete agreablement supris par la splendeur de la villa et de l'environnement. Tres spacieuse tres propre et la piscine tres grande entourée de palmier et de verdure Le proprietaire nous a tres bien accueilli et etait vraiment sympatique. Tout été à notre disposition a notre arrivée! A 5 minute du centre ville en voiture tout est a proximité Vacance superbe!!!

Wonderful garden apartment

Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) spent lovely 11 days at this luxurious and spacious ground floor apartment. All the needed equipment you wished for were available - even some fitness equipment! The large pool surrounded by terraces offered great facilities for dining and lounging which we enjoyed a lot. The charming English owners were very helpful and friendly and gave us good hints what to explore along the Côte d'Azur. And there is so much to explore - Antibes, Monaco, St. Paul de Vence, Biot, Cannes, many beautiful beaches etc... and even though public transportation was available it was more convenient for us to go round by a car. We warmly recommend this apartment and hope we could return some day. Enjoy the lovely Côte d'Azur!

Wonderfully spacious modern apartment

My husband and I have just returned from spending a week at this very well appointed apartment. It exceeded our expectations as the pictures we had seen of the villa did not do it justice. It’s extremely spacious, very clean and is equipped with all the mod cons you could wish for. As the weather got steadily hotter during our stay the large pool provided us with a fun retreat. There is an excellent range of poolside seating which clearly complemented this luxurious villa. The English owners were great - very helpful and friendly, while at the same time respecting our privacy. They came and found us when we got lost and nothing seemed too much trouble. The villa is in a great location with plenty to explore. Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Eze, Juan les Pin are all very close and easily accessible by either bus or train. We hired a car and as well as the coast did a lot of exploring in the mountains, getting high enough for some amazing views. We could not fault this villa the only downside, which was completely outside of the owners control, was a few bites from the mosquitoes. Our advice is to go prepared with repellents if you are someone who the mosquitoes find tasty. We thought this apartment was very fairly priced and would return to it again. Thanks to the owners for their beautiful villa and making our stay so enjoyable.

Antibes (Juan les Pins) is one of the most known seaside resorts set between Cannes and Nice, in the Alpes Maritimes department. Characterised by tall houses, narrow paved streets, 48 beaches along 25 km of coastline and many yachting harbours it is a perfect place for a holiday destination as well as a permanent stay. After a choice of various sea activities like waterskiing, diving and fishing, there are many interesting places to see such as the Cap, port, the old town and the Picasso museum. It offers all sorts of everyday amenities. The Juan les Pins part guarantees an exciting nightlife with night clubs, casino, even night shopping while Antibes is full of restaurants, piano bars, cafes and theatres. There are many festivals including the famous Jazz a Juan event which is one of the top jazz festivals in the world. For the largest choice of fresh local produce the best place to go is the daily market Marche Provencal but there are also 3 other markets (Artisanal, Foire -clothing market and Brocante). Antibes is situated only 15mins from the international airport in Nice.
