3+ bedroom Catskills Townhome in beautiful Roxbury, NY

Make yourself at home in this lovely 3 plus bedroom Roxbury retreat. Relax in the serene living room with views of the forest. Take in the tree energy and listen to the sound of the bubbling brook with almost complete privacy on the deck. Roast marshmallows on the Solo Stove and have a BBQ with the newly refurbished Weber gas grill. Enjoy the pool, tennis courts, playground, clubhouse and various trails on the Roxbury Run Grounds.

This townhome boasts a Master bedroom with adjustable split King bed, a second bedroom with a King bed, a guest room with 1 queen bed, and a bonus room with a twin trundle bed. The basement media/game room easily fits our queen size Aerobed and also has an enormous couch. The home sleeps 10 people comfortably and has 2.5 baths with shower bathtubs.

A newly renovated and fully appointed kitchen features modern appliances, dishwasher, and laundry. The downstairs media room has a TV, Playstation 3/DVD Player, Apple TV, lots of DVDs, video games, board games, a mini ping pong/billiards/air hockey/shuffle board table, and books to keep you entertained. The two upstairs bedrooms each feature TVs as well.

There are also tennis racquets/balls, pool towels, coolers, etc. available for a day on the courts or just to relax by the pool.

The town of Roxbury is a 7 minute drive away and features some great little shops and restaurants (Good Grocer, Watershed, Chappie's, Roxbury General, Roxbury Liquor Store). The larger town of Margaretteville is 12 minute drive where you will find a supermarket, CVS, and some great restaurants. Belleayre Mountain and Beach are a 20 minute drive. Take a ride up the gondola and hike the mountain or head to the man-made lake Belleayre Beach and the beautiful park and hiking trails surrounding it. The entire Catskills area has great hiking, restaurants, antique/thrift shops, winter sports, fishing, golf courses, micro-breweries and distillers, etc. Mine Kill State Park is a 30 minute drive and features swimming and a beautiful waterfall hike. So many places to visit and things to do near beautiful Roxbury, enjoy!
