Bonito apartamento de una habitación, un baño con vista al mar, así como una vista completa de las montañas del oeste de Maui desde la terraza.
Muebles cómodos. Cama queen en el dormitorio con cama queen hide- una cama en la sala de estar. Muy buena cocina mejorada, así como baño mejorado con ducha a ras de azulejos personalizados. Cerca de la piscina y barbacoa y justo al otro lado de la calle de Kamaole 3 Beach Park con excelente natación. ¡Una de las mejores playas del sur de Maui! Gran complejo en una ubicación fantástica, a minutos de Wailea y de todos los excelentes restaurantes y tiendas. Complejo cuenta con 2 piscinas y tenis.

We are a family from Alaska with two kids 7 and 10yrs. This place has great proximity to the pool and a very short walk to Kamamole III beach.

It was close to Kamaole 3 and Restaurants we’re walking distance.

We would stay here again, the staff was great and Maintenance was right on.. our front screen door handle came off and we call the office and maintenance was here right.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 173 sits directly across the street from a gorgeous family-friendly beach.The interior landscaping is pristine and well-kept. Managerial staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. The interior of 173 had everything one needed and nothing more-the bed was very comfortable and sheets were of good could have been cleaned more thoroughly-maybe b/c this is an older unit,it appeared dirty-we took the very dusty fan apart and cleaned it w/soap&water before we could use it; the sliding door needs a new lock BUT: the condo is in a GREAT location, has the basic necessities & office staff is always willing to help and goes out of their way to do so. We enjoyed the trail to see the turtles feed; happy hour at Moose Mcgillicuddy's; Maui bread co.;Miso Phat Sushi and the lifeguards on Kamaole 3 are the best! Overall, a wonderful stay for a great value.

Great Maui Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third stay at Hale Kamaole. Previous visits were renting direct from an owner so this was the first time in this unit. The location is really excellent with Kamaole Three beach park just across the road and we really enjoyed the ground floor unit with easy access to the pool. Breakfasts on the Lanai were a delight! Although dating from 1970 the property is well maintained with very attractive landscaping. The unit was clean and very comfortable.

To do so it would need fixing the ceiling fans in the main room and bathroom, a working TV, pots and pans, knives-forks-spoons, glass ware, knife sharpener, and sissors. Currently it is suitable for guests that are not going to prepare meals.

It's clean and stocked with the basics. One unexpected item is the air fryer, loved this addition. Could have used plastic cups for use at the pool. Downfall, no access to the outer Lanai storage, so we had absolutely no beach items. If I had access, and something was lacking, I would have bought it and left it for others. Instead, I bought it and left it with neighbors. I did have to clean a, probaly rarely used fan, I found in a closet, other than that, the unit seemed clean. Also, no instructions in the condo of how to access the wifi.

There was a nice view from the patio but there were lots of cockroaches in the unit. There were so many cockroaches unfortunately we ended up leaving early. We tried sleeping with the lights on cause we found they wouldn't come out as much but one I had come crawling on my on the couch and one crawling in the cupboard that was enough for us. :(

Reviewer Comments: Over the past decade, we have visited Kehei for our annual vacations seven times, and have enjoyed the access to the many Maui sites from Hale Kamaole. Staff is attentive to our needs, and the condos have much to offer those who visit. #173 had a few less of the "tools" we would have liked for our own cooking adventures, but worked OK.... A living room AC would also be a nice add-on, but cross breeze from front door to patio is OK when not too hot. Overall - an 8 of 10.

Holiday getaway

We especially enjoyed our mornings on the patio, looking at the lawn and sunny skies. Great location, near the pool and close to the ocean. Walking distance to restaurants. Only complaint was that WiFi information was incorrect and front desk did not have it.

Hale Kamaole 173 was great overall.

We usually stay at large hotels and this was our first time staying in a condo. We were pleasantly surprised and loved it. Great location with a good view of the ocean from the lanai. It had everything we needed. Our only complaint is that the internet was horribly slow, although we were happy it was provided. The A/C worked well, but it was too noisy to use while trying to sleep. The ceiling fans helped a bunch. Everything else gets an A+.
