Cute and comfortable mid-century modern home in a really convenient location. I happened to be in town on some of the hottest days of the summer so the beautiful pool was an amazing value-add. The host was very responsive, helpful and accommodating, and I would definitely stay again if available on my next trip. Thanks for everything Francesca!!

The rental home is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown PS and other locations. The home is impeccably clean and has well equipped kitchen complete with new appliances. I plan to book another stay asap.

Francis is an amazing host and so helpful. I really appreciated how fast, helpful, and responsive she was. Our hi-light was the pool! Definitely spent most of our time in it. We also loved how close it was to popular places to eat and desserts!

Perfect location..out of the wind, great view of the mountains, close to everything. Comfy, fun and just right. Not fancy, but pristine with a sweet turquoise pool.

This is the second time we stayed at Lima Modern. Only for a long weekend in June. Ironically the coolest it’s ever been in Palm Springs during our stays. Lima is a great house. Very clean. Very bright. All you would need for a wonderful stay. Near everything. Of all the places we have stayed with a pool this pool is the best. It is absolutely private. The walled patio and high reaching bamboo and shrubbery offers you a complete private oasis. Can’t praise this place enough.

Francie was an amazing host. Very responsive and met all our requests. Location is close to Ruth Hardy Park and walking distance to downtown. We stayed for 3 months and enjoyed the heated pool every day. Kitchen was well equipped to meet all our needs.

Our 4-night stay went well. A few of the highlights: communication with Francie was great, she was very responsive and helpful. The home was clean, spacious and well furnished. It also stayed nice and cool in the hot August heat and the neighborhood was also very quiet. A few things that might be helpful to know in advance: the A/C fan is very loud, waking us up at night. The pool had leaves/debris in it - even after the pool guy came by. This is understandable since there are trees and bamboo nearby, but just weren’t expecting to clean it regularly. A pool cover would probably be helpful. Also the tub/shower didn’t drain well, so we only used the standup shower, which worked fine but might have been an issue if more people were staying.We don’t want to deter anyone from staying, because it was a great home with lots of positives, but believe it’s good to share details that might be helpful for others to know in advance.

I thought you were great guests, and thank you for keeping the house so clean. I am, however, puzzled by your review. I communicated with you several times during your stay, and you made no mention of the AC or the tub — both of which I could have had looked at. Or at least you could have mentioned them at departure, since these are both fixable issues, but I first read about them in your review. The AC did, in fact, have a loose piece that was rattling around in the vent. I had that looked at after your stay. The drain is also fixed, and a very easy fix. Sometimes the drain does get slow with all the use, but we do a pretty good job of staying on top of it. I am sorry that it impacted your stay. The leaves, well, that is nothing I can control. That is Mother Nature. When you visit during a high wind period in Palm Springs, all the local pools get littered with leaves and other things. High winds in Palm Springs are not frequent, but not unusual. Thankfully, our pool tech visits enough to keep it clean. I hope this helps with answering some of your concerns!

Francie, the host saved our getaway! We had to depart our previous vacation rental due to the condition of the home. This was a last minute reservation. Francie made the process with sign in paperwork so easy. The home was just perfect, quiet and relaxing. The home, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy and the addition of the little fans for the bedrooms were perfect for air circulation as it was not hot enough to run the air a night. The home is perfectly situated to everything. We would recommend the home to anyone looking a nice getaway. We give it 5 stars!!!Robert & Linda

We spent a very relaxing week at Lima Modern. The house is very comfortable with everything you might need. The heated pool and bikes an extra plus. Walking distance or biking to downtown, a nice local park, grocery store and about anything else you might need.The host is very responsive.

One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. My husband, daughter and I had a delightful time in this beautifully designed home with every amenity you could think of, including a well heated pool, perfect for November in Palm Springs. The owner Francie is the most caring, responsive and considerate host - she helped make our stay comfortable in so many ways. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home in Great Location.

Well maintained home conveniently located near downtown and close to all amenities. Owner was very responsive and made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this rental.
