The cabin blends rustic charm with modern amenities, offering everything from a game loft to a fully stocked kitchen and a relaxing living area with Smart TV. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the balcony or enjoying a cozy night in, this retreat is designed for rest, connection, and a little adventure.

Things to Know Before You Book!
• Mountain Roads: The drive in includes some steep hills—typical for the area and part of the mountain experience. It may feel a bit too adventurous if you're not used to it. (Need 4WD during inclement weather)
• Remote & Peaceful: The cabin is tucked away in a quiet, natural setting—perfect for unplugging. While it feels secluded, you're still just 13 miles from downtown Sevierville, 17 miles from Dollywood, and 28 miles from the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
• No Dishwasher: There’s no dishwasher, so guests hand-wash dishes—many find it fits the slower pace of a cabin getaway.
• Wi-Fi: Satellite internet (20–30 Mbps) is generally reliable but may be spotty during storms.
• Construction: Light construction may be visible nearby as the community continues to grow, but it's usually not disruptive.

☀ Late Check-Out Fees: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee may still apply.
☀ Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we may request that you vacate the property.
