I'm originally from Seattle, Washington, where I lived until 2019. In the fall of 2019 I moved to Long Beach, California, where I lived out the beginning of the pandemic. In January 2021 I purchased my condo in Puerto Vallarta, and began renting it out. I eventually moved to Puerto Vallarta in August 2021. I currently live in the Versalles neighborhood, very close to Plaza Caracol.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
When my realtor brought me to the Residences by Pinnacle, he immediately brought me up to the rooftop garden. I got goosebumps! I fell in love with the place immediately. No other condos I saw that day even came close to the Residences by Pinnacle. I love that it's SO close to everything in the Romantic Zone, yet still set apart just enough to give you some piece and quiet. To this day, four years later, I still come to the pool on weekends to enjoy the amazing view.

In almost every review I've received (on Airbnb) everyone RAVES about the rooftop pool. While there are several condos now in Puerto Vallarta with rooftop pools, there is simply something different about the Residences by Pinnacle pool. It's always bustling, with a great energy. Everyone is very friendly. And you can buy great food and drinks, which are not available at most rooftop pools.
