Accessibility: The apartment is on the third floor of a historic building with no elevator. Access is provided via a secure smart lock code, which will be shared before your arrival.

Parking: Free parking refers to a parking lot located a few blocks from the building, with a parking pass required. Street parking is also available nearby. Please consider this when booking.

Construction Notice: The property owner is renovating other apartments in the building. Construction noise may be present during the day.

Pet Policy: A pet fee of $125 applies per pet, with an additional $125 for a second pet. Only small pets under 50 lbs are allowed. A photo of your pet and their vet records are required prior to arrival.
