Beach/Lake Access: Memorial Day–Labor Day (weather permitting)

At the home, seasonal beach badges are required for access. Additional day passes can typically be purchased via HOA (subject to change).

Typical hours: Sun–Thu 10am–6pm | Fri–Sat 10am–8pm

Fishing allowed with a valid PA license; kayak/SUP rentals nearby (guest-owned watercraft may require HOA inspection/sticker)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

PETS WELCOME
Well-behaved small dogs (under 40 lbs) are welcome; no cats (allergies).
Pet fee: $150 for the first pet; $75 for the second/third.

HOT TUB
No extra charge to heat; not heated continuously. After water changes, allow up to 24 hours to reach temperature. Guests use at their own risk.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Two exterior cameras (front door & driveway) record motion/sound for safety; no cameras face private areas.

STAIRS
Multiple stair runs are inside the home.

HOUSE RULES

No parties, loud music, or large gatherings ($500 min. fee)

Guests must be 25+ to book (or accompanied by a parent)

Max occupancy: 9 guests; exceeding the reservation total may incur $50 per unregistered guest per night

No smoking/vaping on or around the property ($750 fee)

No fireworks ($500 fee)
