PETS WELCOME
Small, well-behaved dogs (under 40 lbs) are welcome. No cats (due to allergies).
Pet Fee: $150 for the first pet, $75 for each additional pet.

HOT TUB
Free to use but not heated continuously. Allow time for it to warm up.
Guests use at their own risk.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Three exterior cameras record motion and sound for safety (entry points only, not facing private areas).
