• 3013 Sea Marsh Rd is located on the 9th hole of the newly renovated Oak Marsh golf course. The beach is approx. one mile away and is accessed via a private Amelia Island Plantation beach access. There is parking at the beach access.
• Dog-friendly for up to two dogs! We have a 50-pound weight limit per dog and all dogs must be approved prior to check-in. The pet fee is $250.
• Please note that guests are not permitted to use the fireplace in the living room.
