Beach vacation

We arrived a little early but were able to check in as the unit was ready and that was great. We loved the location and our view was wonderful. The unit is a bit dated but no matter we didn’t mind. One thing the coffee maker didn’t work. We had a great time and will be back!!

Loved the Island Winds East

Terrific location. A security guard monitoring the parking lot which was a first for me. Very close to the water but would love for the boardwalk to be extended to the end of the dunes. We were right above the pool but the noise was not bad like I have experienced at other condos. We stayed Labor Day Weekend and it was packed but we did not have to wait on the elevator at all. I would love to stay at the Islands Winds East again.

Bare minimum

Older building in a very busy area with almost nothing provided. No dish soap, no laundry soap, one dishwasher soap pack and one roll of toilet paper. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware but not even salt and pepper. Be prepared to stock up for a stay for just about all basic needs. Pay for parking too which blows my mind. Beautiful beach

Incorrect information

I was told several times to check in at a location that was not the condo I was staying at to pick up keys. I confirmed this information prior to leaving for my trip. I went to the address given and they informed me my condo was 20 minutes away and they do not have keys for that property. Once I got to the correct place everything went smoothly.

What fine

Everything was fine except the bathroom, the tub knobs had black mold growing in them which grossed me out. But other than that it was nice.

Great location

We had some issues with hot water for a couple days of our trip, the property managers took care of it in a timely fashion. The pull out couch/bed was incredibly uncomfortable - the mattress definitely needs replacing - I'm surprised springs weren't popping through the fabric. In spite of that, we had a fabulous time. The ocean view was wonderful, beach access was easy, the pool was well kept, and we enjoyed how close we were to restaurants and shops.

This condo was okay; not really what i was hoping for. The pics of place has a lot of blind spots. It was really cramped and guests were noisy. The bedroom is located near the walkways which is very disruptive because you here everything. overall it provided everything that was essential. The best thing about this place is its proximity to attractions and restaurants.
