We had an amazing stay at the villa. The location was perfect being just outside the busy narrow streets but still in the action. It was easy to walk to all locations in the main area and even down to the port. The view was beautiful as seen in the photos. Having the house keeper on the property was a great luxury and helped keep the place is order. Any questions were answered immediately and any issues fixed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious but authentic Positano stay. Very satisfied with our trip and hope to be back soon!

What a beautiful villa! The location was perfect with spectacular views, and the villa itself was very spacious and comfortable. Having a live-in maid who kept everything spotless every day was such a wonderful surprise. I also had a personal concierge, Stefania, who was fantastic—always quick to respond and eager to help with anything I needed. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a special stay.

Amazing stay in Positano

The villa was so spacious and absolutely beautiful. The view from the gorgeous patio/yard was breathtaking. We had 5 people in our group and there was so much space to gather and relax together. The location was ideal. I hope I am lucky enough to return to Positano and would love to stay here again.

Villa Solandra was a dream vacation home!!! The home is beautiful, spacious and worked will with for our family with 3 bedrooms and each having their own bathroom. The outdoor terrace offer an amazing view of the city and water and we very much enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine here! The house is conveniently located and easy to get around to the everywhere in the city. Tiziana was very quick to reply to any questions before and during our booking. Stefania, was our concierge during our stay and she was extremely helpful in booking taxis, dinner reservations and even an incredible boat day. Everything about this property is amazing and far exceeded our expectations, I would definitely stay here again!!!

Amazing view and fabulous villa

Our family very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. It is very spacicous with 3 lovely bedrooms all with their own baths. 2 bedrooms on the terrace level with a living room and small kitchen. And then the master suite on the garden level again with a living room and a dining room. The outdoor sitting areas are spacious and on both levels including an outdoor dining table. The views of Positano and the sea are beautiful and perfect for your morning coffee, glass of wine at night or dining outside. The villa is a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There are places close by to eat as well and Franco's bar next door is fabulous! While we ate almost every meal and did not use the kitchen really, we did have a cooking class at the house with Chef Antonio. We did the cooking class outside in the garden dining room, then Chef finished the meal and they served us. It was a wonderful experience for all 6 of us. Raffaella is a wonderful host and she can connect you to Antonio if you are interested! We look forward to bringing the family back another time!

Highly Recommend this Superb Property

We had a wonderful, week long stay at this beautiful property. The views are breathtaking and there is lovely art throughout the spacious villa. There was plenty of room for six of us to spread out and also a number of intimate gathering areas both inside and out where we enjoyed breakfasts, wine and limoncello, and comradery. The location was perfect - just a very short walk to the heart of town and the beach. Raffaella was extremely responsive to all of my questions and provided us with so much useful information about restaurants, shops, taxi's, etc. She was a gracious and wonderful host. Highly recommend!

Positano at it's finest

I cannot fully express the hospitality and beauty of this place. The courtyard with views overlooking the city were our favorite gathering place and time during our stay. Silvia was delightful with her wonderful recommendations of places to see, things to buy, and, of course, as the perfect chef and hostess. I cannot recommend enough this beautiful villa. Not only do you have the best views of the city, but you are just steps away from the city center and the beach. I will certainly be back and have recommended this to all my friends. Thank you Silvia and Raffaella for such a wonderful vacation. You will forever be part of my favorite memories.

Amazing vacation at #villasolandra The garden is gorgeous, the views will take your breath away, the house is welcoming and the location cannot be beat! Raffaella is a very gracious and thoughtful host - this property combines the best of everything.

Charming Home in Fabulous Positano Location

Our hostess Raffaella and her helper Mena made our stay very comfortable. We made good use of their recommendations and restaurants were very accommodating, when we mentioned her name. Mena was just lovely and all arrangements were fine at the local car park. She helped us sort our garbage and recyclable items too. This is a wonderful property and is far more than your standard rental apartment - it is much more of a home with charm and personality. The apartment and garden were beautiful and the location was the best, especially when I was seeing so many people waiting for buses etc. to take them way further up the hill and away from the town. We were walking distance to everything, but still in a quiet. private setting. It was worth the price and the photos are true of what you will receive. One note that if you are sharing this apartment with others, the main floor bedroom is nicer than the 2nd floor bedroom, but you each have your own bathroom. You may wish to factor more of a 40/60 split on the cost or take the better room at the next place. For those over 6' the second bedroom is a bit challenged for ceiling height, but otherwise it is clean and hospitable. (this is the only reason for the 4/5 rating) On our final evening, we enjoyed an amazing fireworks show directly in front of us. A spectular end to an amazing visit. We would go back most certainly.

Charming place

I loved the charm and the location of this apartment, and the terrace with the fantastic view is number one reason I picked this place. The terrace lived up to the expectations and we spent most of our time in the apartment on the terrace (eating, reading, chilling). The apartment is spacious and charming (big living and dining area and large main bedroom. There is A/C in every room. There is a TV, but no cable (but who needs that when you have amazing view of Positano). Wi/Fi was working fine, but coverage is not great through the apartment (master bedroom and the terrace are fine - I was able to stream shows from Netflix on the terrace). The apartment is fully functional, but is in need of some updating (dishwasher, fridge, and the stow are are old, but are working perfectly). The only real thing I would for sure improve is the water drainage in the main shower and replace the shower head. The space can host 4 people, even though I think the second room and bathroom are small (low ceiling), and it doesn't have any view. I would say that second room (which we didn't use as it was only the two of us) is perfectly fine for sleeping over but is not an inviting space to spend any extra time in there. With 4 people this would be a good value for the price. With only two people, it was equal to some of the hotels in Positano which I believe are more up to date. Still, after spending 5 days at this place, I would return. The host and the property manager were very helpful and assisted with anything we needed. Complimentary bottle of prosecco also helped the entire experience.
