Check out Shores of Panama 821, a pristine and modern condo that offers expansive views of the Gulf right from your doorstep. This lovely property features two bedrooms and three bathrooms that are plenty big for you and seven other people to live in during your relaxing holiday in Florida.

Common Space

As soon as you walk into the condo, you will notice the wooden interior, nautical decor, comfortable furnishings, ample seating areas, and pristine views right from your living room through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The living room features a plush couch that is great for watching TV, analyzing your favorite movie, propping your feet up on the coffee table, or gazing out of the window at the blue waves crashing on shore. This is the ideal spot to read a book, play a game of cards with your friends, or listen to the sound of the waves in the distance.

Dining Room Table

You can also sit at the formal dining room table and eat a nice meal with your guests. The dining room table is located in between the living room and kitchen in the open floor plan, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a dinner with your friends, play a board game, or have a few drinks before heading out on the town for dinner.

Modern Kitchen

We also love the functional and modern kitchen that is great for preparing food, storing snacks, making a full-spread breakfast buffet, pouring a cup of coffee early in the morning, or cutting up some fresh vegetables and fruits for a healthy midday snack. The kitchen features a large granite countertop where your guests can sip on some happy hour drinks, sit at the high-top bar seats, and chat about must-include items for the vacation itinerary!

Our property offers a gorgeous and breathtaking lagoon-style swimming pool with flowing fountains, two tiki bars for serving ice-cold drinks, large pool deck with tons of tanning space, Gulf-side hot tub for relaxing in the evening, and health center with fitness equipment for staying in shape during your vacay!

Plus, our property offers a covered on-site parking deck that keeps your car safe and secure. Not to mention, the property has free internet access that lets you stay connected to work and school during your holiday here (but don't do too much work!). While you do some remote work in the condo, you can gaze out of the window and enjoy the beach view from the large windows.

Bedrooms

Last but not least, after a full day of surfing at the beach, walking around the beautiful town, and spending time with your friends, it might be time to go to bed early. Luckily for you, this spacious condo offers two bedrooms that are great for couples, friends, or family members to share and feel tons of privacy.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed that is plenty big for one person to spread out and ease their aching muscles or snuggle with their partner. The master bedroom features a flat screen TV to watch your favorite Netflix show or feature-length movie to help lull you to sleep after a long day of exploring!

And don't worry – your guests will love staying in the comfortable and cozy guest bedroom with a plush comforter, cozy blanket, and fluffy pillows that will provide guests with an 8-hour night of sleep, no questions asked! And this guest room has their own private bathroom for rinsing sand off their feet or washing their face after a long day at the beach.

As a guest of Vacations Perfected you receive 1 free daily activity provided by Xplorie, our 3rd party activity partner. Your choice of:
Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket), WonderWorks, or Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal). **not included for guests staying over 27 days. This is a $125 value, free for our guests.

Registered guests occupying the condo must be 25 or older.

Registered guests must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.

Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Guest pays the concierge in the lobby a one time fee of $90 for registration packet.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
