Este 2 dormitorios, 2 baños con una envoltura alrededor del balcón tiene la mejor vista nunca. Se ha actualizado y tiene mucho espacio, tiene muebles de madera de cerezo oscuro en la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Cuenta con 2 taburetes en el bar con un fregadero pequeño para que cuando quiera entretener a su familia y amigos, pueda disfrutar de su compañía mientras está en la cocina y aún pueda ver esta gran vista.

Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en el apartamento y cocinas totalmente equipadas, ¡así que solo tienes que preocuparte por divertirte! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, área de parrillas / picnic, WIFI GRATUITO, área de lavado de autos, paseo marítimo para la playa y un conveniente mercado al lado. ¡Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Estamos ubicados a solo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla Okaloosa, a solo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium.

Nuestras unidades de condominios son para no fumadores y The Nautilus es una propiedad libre de mascotas.

Our keurig wasn’t working and staff brought a new one within minutes. Lots of convenient parking. Loved the chair service! Very easy check in and out process. The only downside I would say is that there isn’t really anything in the area that is walkable (restaurants, shops, etc.)

Great time

The condo was very cozy, clean, and perfect for our family. The added amenities were fantastic. Communication was amazing and very quick. We had a door code issue and text about the problem and within a minute I got a response with a fix. Great stay and would love to come back!

I’m now married with 3 kids and have come back multiple times including our honeymoon. Now we have come full circle and my oldest is in junior high and asks to come back to the Nautilus every year. You can’t beat the location or rates. We have already booked for next year. See you next year!

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for our recent vacation. The views and short walk down to the beach were more than ideal. This unit is far from luxury, but we were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful and communicative.

Property needs lots of work & new management, disappointing would b a understatement

Our reservation was confirmed the Fri prior to check n however we never received check n info. We live 8 hrs away & so on the drive Saturday I called Vrbo who I had booked through. Vrbo could not reach the property host & my call turned into a case number. I was transferred to another csr that after making multiple calls did get in touch w/ a lady that used to be nautilus property manager but stated that she could get in touch w/ Melissa the new property manager. Melissa did finally get on the phone & I was told by her that the reason I had not received property check n details was b/c their hrs are 8-5. After being on the phone w/her some time it was also made known to me that we wouldnt have access to the balconys ocean view as they were painting them. At this time we were offered a 10% discount & told we would be able to use the balcony the following day around 3pm. When we arrived to the condo we got another slap in the face. The condo is no where near whats advertised. The living room was small w/dated stained furnishing. There was patio furnishing from the deck in the living room, kitchen, & bedroom. The walls were damaged & were mudded, there were areas in the ceilings, the curtains were torn from there track, there was contractors hanging on the side of the condo balcony that could peer right in, the towels in the bathrooms were worn, border trimming in the closet with nails sticking out, dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling, & the list goes on. I contacted Vrbo at this point who contacted the manager Melissa w/all our complaints & about the false advertisement of a balcony that couldnt be used. Melissa then contacted my husband & told him since we had contacted vrbo we needed to get our things & get out NOW!! Keep in mind this condo had already accepted our payment in full. My husband told Melissa that if she could find us a place to go we would go but living 8 hrs from home w/no place to go was not an option. She insisted & threatened to call the cops which in turn my husband said go ahead we had done nothing wrong besides report a property for falsely advertising. We never got access to the balcony it remained wet until check out on Monday. On Monday at 8 am the contractors had to come into our condo and place the furniture back on the patio. The management Melissa is rude, their property needs updates and they falsely advertise!! Read the reviews people they are true to point do not make the mistake like us!!
