Todos nuestros alquileres vienen con ropa de cama completa, una lavadora / secadora en la unidad y cocinas totalmente equipadas por lo que todo lo que tiene que preocuparse es divertirse! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece una piscina, área de picnic / barbacoa, WIFI GRATIS, área de lavado de coches, paseo marítimo para la playa y un mercado conveniente al lado! Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATIS! Estamos ubicados a sólo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa y sólo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium!

Nuestras unidades de condominio son para no fumadores y el Nautilus es una propiedad sin mascotas.

Excellent Views

The condo is very spacious and clean. It had a nice balcony that we could see the dolphins. The kitchen was well stocked. The main bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. It was nice to have 2 chairs and an umbrella rental included. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was beautiful and I have no complaints about the condo. The property, however, is a much different story. Our vacation was ruined by neighboring condos undergoing construction. The noise could be heard in our condo, at the pool, even on the beach! Property managers said they were not obligated to notify renters, nor would they do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. And their attitude was disrespectful and completely unempathetic. Due to that, I will never stay at this property again.

For a family of five, this unit had all the space we needed and more. The kitchen is large and accommodating. The back patio facing the beach made for wonderful sunrises with coffee and late night chats with friends. Property management onsite is very responsive and friendly. We could text them with any questions or request and they were very prompt with replies. Property description, location, and layout with amenities were all accurate. We will definitely be back next year!

The 2.5 bathrooms was even better! And the location? Perfection! It is probably our favorite condo and beach we have ever stayed at. We definitely plan on being back!

Views from balcony are amazing! Staff was #1. Our refrigerator was not working properly 1st day and they came and switched it out. The only complaint we had was the elevator noise and slowness of it. It definitely needs to be changed out. We will be back!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall Unit 1703 was good. There is quite a bit more wear to it than pictures show. The cleanliness was a problem. Dishes were put away dirty, there was hair on the floors and stains on the extra bedding. The location was good and not busy compared to Destin. The view was fantastic. The customer service was fine for when we needed it. If I came back to the area I would stay somewhere else.

The online pictures were very accurate, the condo was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything you could possible need provided, except for spices, cooking oil, etc., which is clearly stated in the description. The manager was quick to respond to any issues, for instance, we had trouble figuring out the remotes for the TV, and maintenance was sent right away. We were close to our favorite restaurants, so that was also a bonus. I would highly recommend this condo and staying at the Nautilus!

Gorgeous Slice of Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my retirement gift to us as the last hurrah before no more paychecks :0)! I was not disappointed. The management staff is AWESOME!!! Natalie went above and beyond to bring us a bag of ice when we first arrived and learned there was no built-in ice maker. The only thing I would recomment is new cushions for the chaise lounges. Otherwise everything was perfect.
