La unidad 1304 es una hermosa unidad frontal del Golfo de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños. La cocina es todo lo que podrías desear con actualizaciones recientes, encimeras de granito y muy bien equipada para cocinar. El dormitorio principal es lujoso, con una cama King más nueva, hermosos colores de playa y acceso directo a su balcón frente al Golfo. A nosotros (los propietarios) nos encanta dejar la puerta abierta por la noche para escuchar las olas cantándonos para dormir. El dormitorio de invitados también cuenta con una cama King, un pequeño escritorio si no puedes "desconectarte" del todo y ¡es tan cómodo! El Nautilus ha comenzado un programa de "Estancia limpia", lo que significa que puede estar seguro de que su unidad es agradable y ordenada. Incluso hay edredones en las camas para asegurarse de tener cubiertas limpias, ¡siempre! Tenemos 2 baños completos, el baño principal está en suite. Nuestra sala de estar es más cómoda con sillones reclinables y un sofá cama. Televisores de pantalla plana en todo junto con WIFI para mantener a los niños entretenidos. ¡Lo mejor de todo es nuestra vista! Tenemos un amplio y espacioso balcón con vista al Golfo. ¡Es como tu propia playa privada! También recibirá una configuración de servicio de playa GRATIS (2 sillas y una sombrilla) con estancias de corta duración durante los meses de marzo a octubre. ¿Qué más podrías pedir? ¡Reserve hoy y haga de nuestro lugar su lugar de playa también!

Todos nuestros alquileres cuentan con ropa de cama completa, lavadora / secadora en la unidad y cocinas totalmente equipadas, de modo que lo único que debe preocuparse es ¡divertirse! Además, nuestro complejo ofrece piscina, parrilla / área de picnic, WIFI GRATUITO, área de lavado de autos, paseo marítimo para la playa y un conveniente mercado al lado. ¡Durante los meses de marzo a octubre también ofrecemos servicio de playa GRATUITO! Estamos ubicados a solo 5 minutos de Fort Walton Beach y Destin en la hermosa isla de Okaloosa, a solo 3/4 de milla de excelentes restaurantes, vida nocturna, tiendas, actividades acuáticas y el Gulfarium.

Nuestros condominios son para no fumadores y The Nautilus es una propiedad libre de mascotas.

The property itself needs updates and cleaning. The room definitely needed a deep clean and updates. Beds werent very comfy. There was someone elses hair tie in the shower when we got there. Condo was overall comfy and suited our needs. View was great. Beach access was great. Pool was nice. Would stay here again.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Fort Walton Beach with Nautilus. The only complaint I have is that when we were leaving and getting ready to clean up, there were no extra trash bags in the condo. Also, there was no soap in one of the bathrooms, and there was not shampoo/conditioner, etc as the sheet said there would be. Anyway, overall it was a great stay.

Just awesome!!!

This condo was awesome. This makes the 5th year we have came to this area on fall break in October. This is by far our favorite condo we have stayed in. Its the perfect size. Decortaed so cute, comfortable big beds and the location was great. There was an outdoor table on the balcony so we could enjoy breakfast every morning. There is a separate ice machine in the kitchen, we filled our cooler up with it daily and was able to take drinks and lunch to the beach with us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The pool is great, its shaded most of the day so when you are over the sun you can go enjoy some shade and not have to reaply sun screen. We most definitely will be choosing this condo again next time we vacation in Florida!

As a family of 6 with kids ages 13,10,5, and 2 months, we needed space for everyone to be comfortable. This condo did not let us down! The view was AMAZING!! We were on the 3rd floor. The condo was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We were close to all of the attractions and this place just felt like home away from home! We will definitely be returning!!

Perfect for a family vacay!

The check in process was a breeze and communication with staff was excellent. They are upfront about this in the listing, but be sure to pack ANYTHING you might need beyond a short supply. Only bar soap in the bathroom is provided as well (no shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion, etc). Again, that was totally fine with us because I closely read the descriptions and they also reiterated it to us via email! Location is great & can’t be beat. Right next to a convenient store in case you do forget anything and minutes away from some great restaurants. Our unit was the perfect view of the beach. And we loved being able to hop back and forth from beach to pool everyday. Also so nice that there were some pool toys in the closet for our kiddos since we couldn’t pack everything on the flight. Overall, would stay again in a heartbeat. Didn’t want to leave!

Perfect Last Minute Find!

We booked this place just a day or two before heading to Ft Walton and were so glad we did! The proximity to the ocean was awesome - you could clearly hear the waves, even from inside. The balcony was big enough for two loungers and a dining table, which we really appreciated since many are so narrow.They had beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels for use, which came in handy! The ice maker inside the unit was a huge bonus too - so much better than having to hunt down an ice maker, buy bags of ice, or use all your ice in the freezer! The listing didnt mention a Keurig, but there was one (nice surprise for us). Staff was super friendly and always greeted you with a smile. Great location - close to Publix and we enjoyed a couple really close restaurants - Stewby's and then my personal favorite, The Gulf (imagine cocktail, mahi tacos, outside picnic tables right on the bay).Condo was clean and as it appears in the pictures. 3rd floor was nice to just take the stairs, but never waited long at the elevator. We didnt use the pool, but it did seem a bit small, so may be something to consider during peak season if you're a family that enjoys a lot of pool time.

We really have to give the office and maintenance and housekeeping staff 2 thumbs up, not that there was any issues, just seeing how everything is clean and noting was needed to be fixed , the office personnel communi cates well with their guest as well, keep up the great job, Lord's will we will see you in November again ,and we will most assured recommend the Nautilus to all family and friends, Thank you very much for the best Vacation
